HARS at Shellharbour has two Fokker F-27 (500) Friendship.
The VH-EWH, built in 1980, started life with Mississippi Valley Airlines and had many owners before ending up with NZ Post in 2003.
And the one featured (VH-TQN) was built in 1985, similarly started life in the USA with Midstate Airlines, and had many owners before arriving in New Zealand in 1998.
Both were flown to HARS in 2018 after lengthy service carrying mail and freight for New Zealand Post.
