- The heart is the first organ to form when the body is developing in utero. When an embryo is made up of only a very few cells, each cell can get the nutrients it needs directly from its surroundings. But as the cells divide and multiply to form a growing body, it soon becomes impossible for nutrients to reach all the cells efficiently without help. The cells also produce waste that they need to get rid of. So the heart and the blood and circulatory system that branches off from the heart, form the first organ system to develop in the human body. The heart is the connection between all future systems, which comprise the body. This is why it is so often seen as the center of your being. You can use the heart as a doorway between physical and non-physical reality. It is the main doorway between your soul and your physical body.
In this episode, TEAL shares a process that serves to connect us with our hearts and reminds us that we are in a relationship with our hearts. Our heart is your best friend and it is our life partner. If we want to thrive, we have to treat the relationship with our heart like we would treat the relationship with our significant other.

I was on your channel for 5 hours. And it helped me more than 8 years in therapy had done for me. Words can never be enough for the liberation you have given me. I can finally breath. Tears of joy. I just got here from Tiktok @ourhouseonwheels - and I concur. I've truly never felt like I've even been close to even a buoy - I found her LAST NIGHT and I honestly feel like I can see the mountains on the horizon. I'm not going to drown. 😭
Let me tell you, I was introduced to her teachings in a moment in my life when without her I wouldnt be alive. Looking back now. I wouldnt exist without her teachings. I tried therapy after and it was only a waste of time.

I burst into tears before we really even started the exercise. It really caught me off guard because I didn't realize how much my heart was really carrying. I realize that I really need to listen to my heart more and stop ignoring it in an effort to protect it so much.

When I began the exercise, I saw an image of a horse. Throughout the exercise, I felt I should cry. My heart wishes to be more in tune with nature.

Oh my god when she asked does your heart feel loved .. I burst into tears .
I had a breakup and thought that my life is over because of one person who decided to leave me . But when she asked that question I suddenly remembered every single person in my life who loves me . My parents my aunts and uncles and my cousins and my grandparents my teachers my friends and my niece's and nephews. So many people love me so much and I was crying over one person for not loving me ! Thank you so much for reminding me of the people who love me so much . It all happened in a split second and I started crying .

I've read some fascinating stories about cases when somebody's hart was transplanted into other person's body. The recipients of the new hart were getting information and habits that only the donors of the heart could of had. There was a case when the girl who's got a new hart provided the information about the killer of a donor who's hart she received. There are many such well documented cases. Speaking about neurons and nerves that somebody in this post denied to accept in a hart. Thank you, dear Teal for the new information I've learnt from you today. So true and so very much needed for my well being.

My heart has been keeping me alive for more than half a century, pumping in a dark space, day after day with out taking a break. Never asking for anything or complaining.

Thank you. I had heart ache for like 1 year and a half physically. Then this morning 2am I got in tune with it. Reialized I wanted to give a woman the whole world and forgot about my heart and giving that same love to my heart was a beautiful moment. I was so happy that I figured out what it wanted, we. And I couldn’t even sleep how happy. I felt my heart doing all this work and felt unappreciated kinda of like me and in that same way I bonded even mor and loved myself and ahhh so many things moral is. Thank you

I saw my heart as a little ball of fire, with eyes. It was so warm and joyous despite everything I've been through. It's so positive and happy, but it doesn't like being caged, and it wants company, especially romantic company. It wants me to let down my defenses and love despite my family having tortured me. It doesn't want me to live a bitter life. I'm so grateful to it. Despite my will to die for so long, it's still so strong. I'm inspired.

A while ago I had an experience in which I believe I experienced unconditional love from the heart, it happened like this:
I found myself in the dream state and thought it'd be fun to expand my heart energy, my consciousness instantly dropped inside of the heart and a white light started expanding and shooting in every direction, as it was happening, it felt like a strong pushing energy, that felt like it was validating, loving and appreciating really strongly but not in a way I have felt before, not comparable with human to human love, as it was happening I felt very vulnerable, opened and scared anything could attack me for some reason, I stayed in it for a bit, but it was so strong I felt like I was gonna blow up and it started hurting so I went out of it and woke up. That love energy was beyond anything that I've ever felt in this physical experience, it's beyond and it felt healing but the vulnerable aspect was really uncomfortable, possibly just healing, it makes you feel like crying as a way of releasing emotional pain.
edit: it now makes more sense to me, when you love someone or something all you do is focus on that person or thing in a way that expands that unconditional love energy, that's why you then fall in love and become attached, you were programmed to work like that, but you can access this energy in another way to heal yourself, however it will bring up past trauma and love that which has been unloved which will feel scary and vulnerable at the same time!

Anytime I do any exercise or meditation that is focused on the heart, I almost instantly cry. It is always a beautiful experience.
My heart feel very strong and solid, like a unmovable rock. I had not anticipated that, since I(we?) have been thorugh so much trauma. I've always been a bit creeped about hearing my own heart's pounding - it has to power to end me, but I'm grateful it doesn't - it just keep on beating :) Thank u, heart

This was one of the most powerful exercises I’ve ever done. I brought me an overwhelming sense of joy and gratitude, I had extremely powerful visuals and now I have a newfound gratitude and love for my heart. I can see why opening your heart chakra can help you to opening the gate into the quantum and vibrational world. I am manifesting all that i desire and will use this ancestral gift for the good of the world

Teal, my heart did not want me to picture it like a kitten as my mind wanted, in fact she had her own picture of herself to share. When I said it doesn't seem safe, she put it into a position of safety and we both admired how she was still open and not walled off. Plus, my heart told me her name! And best of all, she loves and wants exactly the number one thing I love and want and said to "relax and stay positive" !!!!
