I love the way the adult actors work with the younger ones to get the characters similarities down. The younger stars do so good with portraying the adult stars. The casting is one of the best on this show.
Tai is somewhat of the glue but she's also psychotic. Almost seems her family is possessed. First we see Grandma taken away by the devil. Then Tai as a teen hurts another girl on purpose. Tai eats dirt but she also got the girls to move to the cabin. Then she talks the girls into searching for help.
This is a great story. Suspense unlimited.. As soon as you get around a certain corner its not really what you thought it was, is the only way to describe it.. Great writers..

The Tais are my favorites 😍 I love what a loyal and loving person she is and how that side of her is completely turned upside down by her severe sleep disorder and psychic disassociation. I look forward to seeing in S2 if she’s merely a victim of her split psyche or there’s a sinister side of her we haven’t seen yet.
Each character is a mean girl. Lottie and the religious girl aren't mean. Sad commentary for girls everywhere. Boys and men work much better together then girls do. That's a sad reality.
“There’s more going on with this girl than what’s going on the page.” Taissa is someone used to living and earning success while also keeping in secrets both back in the 90s and in the modern day. Great portrayal so far
I just don’t get one thing. People hike for literally months, for fun. Why wouldn’t they just pack everything up, pick a direction, start walking and don’t stop until they find the outside world? What good is standing still going to do them if they weren’t found within the first week? Besides that detail I absolutely love this show!!!

@@Gavin48 the mayor of Chicago (Lori Lightfoot) was a openly gay Black woman…Taissa is a local state senator in a Blue state, and one that is famous due to being a Yellowjacket. Why wouldn’t she be able to win her local race?
If you actually watch the show, you know their eyes match in the show. They wear colored contact lenses. Young Natalie and young Misty do as well as older Taissa.

I find politics exceedingly snore-inducing, even politics on TV, so I'm sorry to say I find Adult Taissa's storyline really boring for the most part.
I hate her character, both young and old.
