There seems to be increasing reports of situations like this, and I think people are overlooking the cause (History/Biology) and blaming the persona (Society/Civilization). My evidence may be faulty, but if we go back even just 1000 years, the human life span was incredibly short. This doesn't even include all the "inventive" ways you could be ended. There were huge problems with infant mortality, with the English monarchs, for instance, losing 5 out of 7 children. If you look at the age of marriage and childbirth, it was far lower than it is now. And so, this might be the real cause. Time and time again, society tries to ignore History and Biology. Instead of using the knowledge to aid us in solving these problems. What I despise most however, is the hypocrisy. I make a bet on my life, If the human life span was cut by 80% ; all the "moral laws" and "moral public opinion" will attempt to reduce the age at which people are considered "adults" - all in the name of survival. I'm just glad I was born without these tendencies, but then I have different flaws of my own, and we never get to choose what those are. The thing I'm more interested in is why the full logs were not released by Twitch. Along with what Twitch allows with select streamers. Some people are natural floaters; something may sink them, but they just naturally bubble up. Others are sinkers. They have to try very hard to stay afloat, and any mishap sinks them. This guy is a floater, came back and did crazy viewership numbers, people just don't care, they want charisma, fun, and entertainment; someone captivating. So, yes, chads can fall, but unless they do something that sends them away for a long time, they get up pretty quickly.

No idea about the details of the situations and I don't really care. But I wanted to raise this.
There seems to be increasing reports of situations like this, and I think people are overlooking the cause (History/Biology) and blaming the persona (Society/Civilization).
My evidence may be faulty, but if we go back even just 1000 years, the human life span was incredibly short. This doesn't even include all the "inventive" ways you could be ended.
There were huge problems with infant mortality, with the English monarchs, for instance, losing 5 out of 7 children.
If you look at the age of marriage and childbirth, it was far lower than it is now.
And so, this might be the real cause. Time and time again, society tries to ignore History and Biology. Instead of using the knowledge to aid us in solving these problems.
What I despise most however, is the hypocrisy. I make a bet on my life, If the human life span was cut by 80% ; all the "moral laws" and "moral public opinion" will attempt to reduce the age at which people are considered "adults" - all in the name of survival.
I'm just glad I was born without these tendencies, but then I have different flaws of my own, and we never get to choose what those are. Only if we decide to fight them, which is a constant, trench warfare.

Theres a great documentary on sex and while watching it i realized that Maturity = sexual maturity and survival capability. But in developed countries our means of survival is money.
