The collapse of Margin debt leads to a decrease in stock prices and trigger a wave of selling as investors try to cover their losses, Buying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. @@DavidAntony-gq7id I agree, I thought I was doing alright profit wise, until I needed assistance with diversification, I reached out to a financial advisor and in less than a year I was just $51,000 shy away from $640k which is like 7x more than I make on my own..

Never take all your money. But half of it in a low risk real estate investment where you will be getting a side income source every month from people paying you rent is a good idea.

"Do you know anybody who said: my house made me rich?" My uncle bought a house in Vancouver decades ago way before it was worth anything, and he made his entire millions off sitting on that house during the housing bubble.
Of course, that is an exception, but I am proud to know such a person. It's almost impossible to replicate today without a time machine.
There's plenty of rich people who own their own home. Try getting a loan for a business without any collateral. Cardone pushes a bunch of bullshit.

@@alisonl7250 I own approximately 1.5 million dollars in real estate with an annual income of 130k a year. Most of my wealth created from real estate. Real estate in the San Francisco bay area is so expensive if you get a couple of houses paid off you're considered wealthy.
The point of owning a house doesn't make you rich or wealthy Unless your able to tap into the equity of the home via a sale (capital gains) or using the equity within the home to invest in another asset class or your renting out the property (cash flow). Just "owning" a home doesn't make you wealthy at all. That was Grants point.

don't buy a house unless you understand and can sell real estate. Only then should you buy a house but only if you see it going up in value and are a decent enough sales person to flip a profit on it. Then you can live in the house for a couple years and then sell it for more than you bought it for. In Grant's book "sell or be sold", he bought a house that he lived in for $8 million dollars and sold it for $18 million dollars. I would likely not only accredit it to his good sales skills, but also to the fact that he said he would constantly be studying the real estate markets as well. Read books, study, and take MASSIVE action!

Well everyone is sleeping over the weekend and I v been at the office for several hours now. As long as I m beating the sun is ok. There is this cat by the building I fed him earlier this am, he only licks a little bit. Guess what, I was standing up enjoying my cup of coffee while watching the sun rise which I love but my biggest surprise; this cat was hunting birds and was very successful at it. He has the discipline to keep himself hungry and light so can hunt, doesn't depend on nobody but himself.

Those who make 40,000 only make 40 because they don't know how to make 60! That's all there is to it! Don't not make cuts in the things you enjoy in life cause you cant afford them. Find away to make more money? I guess it leaves reason to think about what its gonna take to get over something that is holding you down. That's the only way. Not that you need a 100,000 a year, but if you don't make it, you wont be able to make 60 in accordance to the ladder system and how it works. Just a little cussion for andjustment. It doesn't make you greedy to want something you have never had. There's is only one way to know, and we only live once. Prove me wrong if I am wrong please. I wouldn't mind seeing it already!
