@@jerrycunninghamsr8495 I guess you'll have to buy his course to get the software and that it is not freely available on the market. That is institutional software that is generally not used by amateurs.

@@boudewijnj.m.kegels5198the software is free. Your wafflin out your ass. He's on Sierra Charts platform. Center is footprint (delta?) candles and right is depth of market. All free but market data you'd pay for anyways.

It took me under 60 seconds to see exactly what was happening on your 8t Renko with the Delta-by-price shown as a vertical histogram.
I was taught by a former institutional trader who taught me to read the numbers only…and I got pretty good at it… but I did not know how many traps and opportunities I was missing (b/c I watch #’s at around discount or premium)…until I saw delta displayed in your manner… It took me a day or so to figure out how to program SC to do that… and then another few days of sim trading… and bam… what an awesome tool for those that know how to use it.
Its like you showed me how to use a computer after Ive been punching numbers into an adding machine (my brain)… way easier!

guys best way to learn trading Is just watch the charts your brain will start seeing patterns make sure you stick with one market like E-mini S&P500 or stock like Tesla and just watch it every day. learn price action but like I said these traders didn't become rich through magic indicators they have watched these charts for years and now their brain can predict what will happen next sounds stupid and I use to think the same but trust me one month in and I know exactly why they just stared at the charts.

NV, could you please explain: You say, that bids are stacking, but on the other side, sells are as well, there are high stacked positions. with over 200. So how do you know, which way the prices moves? Is it merely the market orders that decide for you or the limit positions? Thx for your wisdom. Alex
It's the context of the overall trade that I explained at the start that gives us clues as to which way round the positioning is likely

I am truly amazed by the new priceless knowledge I got from your videos. Yet there is one thing that I have to ask with reference to the Sierra Chart study settings. Is there a special set up for the intervals to display candles with more volume or special formatting for them to see the more crucial ones? Looking at your time scale I can see different intervals between candles and not really sure whether I can mirror that or just standard 5m bar intervals will reveal the essence of order flow. Any chance you can share settings of your studies so I can implement for myself :). Thank you in advance. Keep up the great work Sir!

That 180 on the bid was mirrored on the ask and following price the same way. If the pulling and stacking is important to your trading you can get the cumulative totals on the DOM in Sierra.
It was but not to the same extent hence likely some light spoofing

Which is software or application
Don't understand, how do you know those big orders, following the market up, are not just "spoof" orders, being used to try & push the market up, as in the Flash Crash scenario ?
It could be spoofing you are right but that is why the context I described prior to watching the market is ultra important so you have a solid bias.

I've seen a lot of videos calling nv out for strange things he does, and for possibly doing shady things with his fxbooks and such, or whether he a Tually traded at Barclays or just worked there doing something else. I, for one, actually don't care what the hell he did or does. The result is the same; he uses techniques and tools that real professional futures prop firms use to trade. I don't even care if he's profitable. It doesn't matter; real traders don't know anything about patterns, lines and indicators other than basic moving averages and some volume tools (delta grid, cvd, etc ..), they use the DOM, footprint chart, cvd, relative volume, TPO, and volume profile.

Hi NV, I am doing your course, which is excellent thanks! I don’t know if you will see this some 11 months on, I see what you are saying about the buyers sitting on the Bid and chasing the market but why are they chasing? Why don’t they just buy the market, instead of sitting on and chasing the Bid? I also see some similar sized offers doing the same thing on the Offer side, so I am a little confused. This is valuable info to add to the bigger picture of the cumulative delta. Also there is higher highs and higher lows to consider with your buy decision, along with the expectation for the day.

You are using delta candles?
I am trading bitcoin with other footprint tool, I'm using bid/ask candles to spot absorption but there are other types of candles in that software, yours are delta?

wanted to thank you for the effort you put on the course, been trading on crude oil for 2 months and was able to grow my account some 35% per month
the higher time frame Vwaps have been helpful throughout, coming to the session was a bit sell off today, was able to take advantage on both buy and sell sides given the sentiment empowering the sellers, one thing i'm strugging about crude oil is if a 10t Renko's enough for these volatile times, same as Heikin ashi chart which stays on 2000 volume

I really respect your years of experience and I do love your videos, however, @07:30 You say that identifying zones doesn't make a difference… But then in the same breath you say what matters is identifying where the buyers and sellers are. Well, isn't that the definition of a "zone"? A recurring amount of sellers at a certain price level would be called a supply zone. And a recurring amount of buyers at a certain price level would be called a demand zone. no?
what i should have said is you cannot identify those areas without OF. thanks for the comments.

When you say the buyer is desperate to get his orders filled, do you mean he’s desperate for sellers to match the volume of his trade, so his trade can begin?
Price to move to him and yes sellers to fill his bids

I saw on the order book liquidity on both sides with almost the same volume, in your opinion is it the market markers who do that or real buyers sellers or just spoofing to put pressure?
impossible to say but yh likely some spoofing - the context gives us that conclusion

lmao brokers do not provide data. Its CME biggest futures exchange in USA. /ES data comes through CME. His broker is Sierra Charts.

At 17:00, could one of those buyers try spoofing as well? Desperate to get filled at lower price and they will sit on the ask with some fake size to display in order to lower it so they can fill their bids and cancel the asks after that right away? No huge size was on the ask at 16:54 compared to the bids though so i guess they played it by the rules 😁^^
yes they could do that and i think there was a little bit of that going on but given the speed at which we were moving up and the interest to buy it would have been a risky strategy to do in size. good observation!

Nothing is 100% that's why some make it and some don't as it is a skill to make the right decision based on the CORRECT information.

1° to follow the chart/market
2° where you can choose which stock/market/product to trade
3° which program/provider you use to start/stop your trade or make a profit.
it is too difficult for me to find or understand something recognizable "somewhere".
but at least you're doing your best to show something.
