Done it for years on Yorkshire coast till they brought in a 10mt contour line which means there must be 10mts of water over the headline all states of tide still ok tho to bait intertidal longline or single baited hooks
Not able to do that now 10mt contour line brought in by fisheries ie 10mts of water over headline all state of tides
