Bloxfruits just gor lucky that the sword isn't being copyrighted. King legacy likely just doesn't want to take the risk of a lawsuit, especially with how much Netflix is striking new games.
You can use control and kioru v2 together and it will make some really good and cool move use Z of control v2 and kioru v2 and use m1 of kioru it will attack long range
