I’m getting average grades in school and guess what. I’m not stopping at that, I’m not letting my bad scores defeat me , I’m not going to be what people expect me to be. Because of your motivational speeches I am going to push for that top grade even though it will take me blood, sweat and tears. I’m not going to let the bad times limit me . I just recently achieved my dream job and am now focusing on becoming the best I can be at it. Trying to find balance in life, but I just keep pushing myself thinking about how I can grow.
My biggest dream, is to get out of survival mode. I want to be able to start living without the fears and or uncertainties that concerns my future. I want it secured and be more than comfortable in life, financially and of course in health. Sometimes it’s hard to see that I have to train 3 or 4 times as hard as someone just to be as good as them because they have better hight and athleticism but I never give up the last 2 years I’ve trained for about 3 or 4 hours a day and sometimes I stay at the court the whole day but I never give up and one day I will be a nba player believe it!!!!
I really loved the last part.. Phil Jackson .. wow ... he's such a great leader.. knowing deeply all the people in your team and to combine their strengths and to guide them to achieve the big goal.... . that's incredible leadership! Lot to learn from this.

It's important to pay attention to detail, have good determination, and mix things up if needed.

1) Excellent programmer, and a good martial artist.
2)I smirk at or ignore the haters because their opinions don't matter. It could even provide fuel for the fire to prove them wrong. Work ethic and continuous learning is the key.
3) I know from experience that plateaus happen. If or when I encounter one, I will continue to work hard and push past it. It's important to pay attention to detail, have good determination, and mix things up if needed.
