24:13 !!! Rarely see a live version of Disconnecktie.
I made a point to record and upload that track, specifically for that reason, when I saw this tour. That it is my favorite track off this record! It is soo good!
exactly the track that i came here for
I remember when I saw this show in Toronto, Memphis was the encore and scogin came out
What a great show! Thanks for sharing the video. You're a legend
Sad I missed this tour. One of my fav albums. THE ALMIGHTY NORMA JEAN 4 LIFFFEEE!!!!
+Jason Adcock One of fav too, hope they reach my country soon :(
Just realized that the voiceover they used for the intro to this show is the one they also put at the end of IV: The Nexus.
This was at 1904 not underbelly. What a set!
Kinda hate how his vocals are so different now. His vocal delivery on that record is part of what made it such a prolific record for the genre and for them. Not that I dislike his vocals now but the growly yelling he did was just so perfect for the record.
He's actually addressed this in a Reddit AMA:
"The real reason [my vocals sounds so different on OGTA] is because I was forcing my voice out. I was pushing basically too hard and from a wrong place. I have since learned and practiced so much that I have grown so much. I feel like my voice will continue to change actually and I think that's cool. Even my voice from Redeemer or AntiMother to now is so much different."
@@LEGOSuperDKong he was also using handled mic, there was lot of distortion and he was cupping the mic.
Thanks for this upload.
I liked this album as the best Botch-type band when we did not have an active Botch.

Why are they playing the songs so slow?
Too bad this is basically a video of a cover band for this record...
Men Norma Jean without Chris day is bs.
Norma Jean is a collective, not a band. Its a collective of artists throwing their own section of paint to paint this huge canvas called Norma Jean.
Cory was on the record dipshit
@@HTXREP you don't get it
@@joannasforehead9715 dont get what? Yeah the musicians arent the same but that can be said for a million other bands when they do an anniversary tour of an album. Cory wrote alot of OGTAM and was in the band performing vocals on this tour. In hindsight its not the OG musicians on the album but the man who provided the vocals on it was still there and that matters alot more than the guys playing guitar or drums IMO.
oh god, the drummer can't play at all
Well he's drumming for Every Time I Die now so yeah must be horrible
@@HTXREP I don't think thats what he means. He is not playing all the parts as they were recorded exactly. Also, its a lot slower then the recording as well which makes it a little underwhelming.
@@DrummerEvan1 He's playing them exactly the same. OP prob was expecting drum sample triggers and blast beat to a click.
@@ciaagent8419 Everything is slower bud. Listen to the record next to this and its crystal clear. I could care less if every part was the exact same(Daniel's parts are best) but play it slower.... nah that won't work. Unfortunately, this is why lots of fans left nj alone. This is where it started.
@@DrummerEvan1 there are literally parts missing in murderotica, mainly the cymbal groove is somehow with more space there between the hits.
