I was there and live in that community. There is something going on here musically that I never expected. We usually only get shitty local bands that rip off the Lumineers. Locked Shut are special.
Have no idea what their plans are moving forward. But I would not be surprised if they eventually do. There was a lot of demand on my last video of people from Ireland and the UK wanting to see them. So I really hope they can get out there in the next couple years or sooner 🙂

One thing I will say after watching this back - The lead singer seriously needs to focus on some cardio. Guy is gassed out 5mins in. Can't even seem to finish a single line of a song without getting totally out of breath.
Haha! I had a show recently where I was damn near experiencing the same thing while I was performing. Think hearing our own music on a system just makes us perform way too hard than what we should be. But from his position it makes much more sense. It was a damn near sold out show. Everyone was packed super tight. And the building insanely hot. I was dying with a t shirt and shorts on and wasn't even performing/moving much. He addressed that he was just wearing the hoodie cause it looks cool. And I couldn't imagine being in the position he was. Straight woulda been my nightmare. Just giving you context I think bro did amazing for the scenario honestly lol 🙂.. But I completely understand where you are coming from. Cause I noticed it as well. But it was still an amazing show regardless. And we all human.
that's normally how it goes. recorded vocals have processing on them. live vocals do not most of the time. and there is a lot more factors than that as to why his vocals can sound a little different.
