CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO BAR
Ingredients for the base:
Biscuits 200 grams
Butter 80 grams
For Filling:
Condensed milk 150 grams
Pistachio powder 150 grams
Cream Cheese 150 grams
Cooking cream 150 grams
Whipping cream 100 grams
Gelatin 8 grams
Water 24 grams
For Topping:
Dark chocolate 150 grams
Cooking cream 100 grams
Pistachio for garnish
METHOD:
To make a base, mix biscuits and butter in a mold of 9x9 and make a base. For filling, dry condensed milk, paste powder, cream cheese, cooking cream, whipping cream, gelatin and water in a bowl. Now melt it and stain it and mix it in the batter and make a good batter. Then freeze it for half an hour. Then take it out and add ganash dal made of dark chocolate and cooking cream on it. Now cool it for half an hour and cut the bars. Finally garnish with pistachios and serve cold.
Peach Cake
Ingredients for sponge:
Eggs 4
Sugar 120 grams
Oil 80 grams
Flour 120 grams
Baking powder 4 grams
For Frosting:
Whippy whip Cream 250 grams
Peach Puree 100 grams
Neutral Glaze 100 grams
Method:
In a bowl add egg and sugar beat well. Now add oil to it and fold it. Then add flour and baking powder and fold well and bake at 180c for 20-25 minutes. If the sponge cools down, cut it and soak it with plain milk. To make frosting, extra whipped cream and add cooked patch puree. Now cover the cake with it. After this, put a thin slice of patch on the top of the cake and put the neutral glaze on top and cover. Finally decorate with cream and cool and serve..
