Hey where the goat type of horses spawn there is actually Flores but I think they didn’t spawn there yet their colors are green blue or purple together or Green and blue and out where the Western area there are white and black Flores with a little bit of gray together. The blue and purple ones spawn on the caprine mountain so yeah hope this helps!!❤

A tip is that flora's spawn anywhere around the map I found many around the bihorse and equues area but you can find there anywhere else
The last time I seen a Florida was by the mountains they always respond where the ponies are so hope that helped
