Holy crap, dude! Gas is $4 per gallon in Alabama, and we thought we had it bad. 😱 I wonder if CA's gas prices are higher bc more people drive electric cars there than on the east coast. 🤔

I haven't finished your video but you just described a pain my mom has been dealing with for four years. She always said it's a pain that wakes her up, she gets super light headed, body goes almost numb, she starts having almost like a panic attack, she says she feels like her body is giving out. It's always down on her lower stomach/uterus area. THANK U. I'll be calling her soon so she can have her doctor test her for that.
As someone who has been watching your videos from the beginning, the growth from then to now is just so great, sometimes you can feel how happy you are through the screen. I have never been so happy for someone for doing what was right for them. You deserve all of the good in the world Kristen. I hope you and Alex have the best time. I can't wait to watch the next journey. 💜

Endo is so frustrating. I remember going to my obgyn for the first time when I was 20 and talking to her about my period and my fears of going on birth control and she immediately was like your symptoms are not normal. Throwing up from cramps is not normal. Your acne, etc are all period symptoms but not the extent you face. I remember being dumbfounded because my sister also had a “super bad period”. I’m on birth control and having a great experience but it was a shock that I’d gone my whole life feeling like a was a big baby because my period was so bad to know it’s most like endo. Crazy how many of us are out there.

Kristen your little rant about health and stress really got to me, three years ago I went to the hospital for a near stroke experience because I was so stressed out. I was forced to take a break and since then I've refused to allow myself to stress that much.

Hearing you talk about your endo experiences made me feel so validated and emotional. I've never been diagnosed but your symptoms sound identical to mine and the same thing happened to me last month when I was stressed. Thank you for sharing. :)
ive put off watching your moving journey because i am also moving out of my first home with friends and am dreading it, i hate change but am also so ready to live alone in a new environment, moving day is coming closer so i thought i should get some motivation to pack haha thank you
You are so right. I didn’t find out about PCOS and Endometriosis until 2018. No one I knew ever heard about it either. Stress is stress no matter how happy the outcome is. It’s a serious struggle, and I’m stubborn as hell. I’ll have a mental breakdown and still say I’m fine, I’m not stressed 😂. So excited for this move 🙌🏾
Thank you for talking about your endo flare up I have the same issues and it’s so hard to deal with bc when I do get flare ups I can’t even move and it sucks when people in your life don’t understand how debilitating it can be and it feels like no one else understands so thank you.

Oh my goodness, I relate so much to medical / stress stuff you’re talking about! I was diagnosed with hashimotos disease and it gets worse with stress as well. I stressed myself so much I broke out into a horrible rash all over. And the funny thing is I eventually was stressing myself out about “trying not to be stressed out” hahah which is so silly. It’s a daily thing for me, and I need to allow myself to relax and not just ignore it or even pay too much attention to it
So excited for you! Gas is almost $2.00 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. It’s not cheap anywhere right now.

You and Alex are moving together to NYC. I live across from Watertown, NY. I didn't know the set for Oddvice was in your garage.
I found sometimes that if I allow myself to cry it out for an hour it helps. I find I was possibly taught that crying made you weak when I was a kid.
I have large cysts sometimes and they suck. They get to the point that I sometimes have to get strong painkillers and burst in emergency. I don't have endo or PCOS but I have Lupus that messes with me sometimes.

The first time I did Gel-X nails on myself it took FOREVER (holding the nail in the right place while moving to under the light was difficult) but they looked so good and didn't lift at all. I've tried gel, polygel, acrylic, and dip nails in the past and none of them lasted long (in their defense my nails are finicky and like to reject everything). But like with everything, the more you do it the easier/faster it gets
I live in Calgary, Canada and we go by litres. It’s currently $1.77 a litre right now which is about $6.69 a gallon. I use to be able to fill up my ford fiesta with $40 and now it costs $70 🥹🥹🥹 so she bad everywhere I feel
I always get massive anxiety between moves!! I get so attached to places too even if it was just a year or so. So much happens in our lives in those spaces. But I also remind myself that the anxiety is getting me ready for my next big step. You’re doing something you’ve wanted for so long!! And gonna thrive!! I’ve never even lived in the same state as you but feel all the emotions with you!
Idk who told you they don't do gel x in nyc but they 100% do. Honestly the best work I see(in pics at least) is the girls on Instagram who have small shops or have a chair in a salon or work out of their homes

edited to add when I was your age I was dx’d with endo and I also decided against the dr’s prescription of birth control…I managed my flow with my diet and general stress management and I eventually just grew out of it…obvi your own body’s mileage may vary but I support doing your own thing and following your instinct when it comes to taking hormones! Good for you doll 🤗

I've just moved from Auckland, New Zealand to Brisbane, Australia and gas in Auckland is the equivalent of around $12-$15 a gallon and gas here in Brisbane is around $7-$8 a gallon.
Not sure why but this made me super emotional and happy for you.

So excited for you Kristen and this new chapter in your life! I betcha it's going to be great! Oh and it's crazy how much stress can affect our bodies. In 2020 I was crazy stressed out about school and got Covid. Stress just killed my immune system.
it’s crazy!! and taking care of our bodies is the last thing we want to do when we’re stressed about exterior things. all about finding that balance and listening to our bodies 💓

21:21 my dog had seizures a few years ago, genuinely one of the scariest things to witness, we never found out why because the vet was so much money but they did stop at some point
I booked a one way last fall, definitely out of my comfort zone but still going strong and making it my home day by day!

My sister relates to this 10000%. She also has endometriosis, she’s went through a whole process of birth control and other pills, even surgery. She’s a true champ and I wish there was more research for this and PCOS to treat women who have it. Y’all are so strong

Ooh! My favorite Starbucks drink is an Iced Matcha Latte with Oat Milk and Strawberry Cold Foam. So bomb. I have issues with dairy (hence the oat milk) and the cold foam doesn't give me problems - hoping the same for you!

Gas is $8.72 where I am in BC, Canada. We work in litres but I did the math and it would be $8.72 a gallon 😭🥲
I have the same problem with cramps and BC.. it's so annoying
PCOS CYSTER HERE! It’s so hard everyday. It feels like nothing will get better and I’ve let it defeat me for years that I’m finally just accepting it and learning to live with it and try to minimize the symptoms with vitamins and eating better. I’ll never be 100% okay but im getting better at managing it. FCK birth control. Im never using that. Also it was/is stress that caused a huge flare up of my PCOS symptoms too.

I feel you, PCOS has been a pain in my life for years. Just to add to the convo for anyone that’s got some issues, birth control might not help you, and it’s defo a personnal choice, but if you can I would try, it literally changed my life. It comes with some side effect and adaptations and you gotta find the right one (I had to change 4 times but it’s worth a try if you’re down)
ugh i have pcos too and it seriously caused me to be so depressed to my breaking point 💔 never knew it existed until i was diagnosed.

Girl look into some natural ways to get those symptoms down I used to have the most brutal peiords and I am fairly normal now
