This doesn't seem to be really difficult, if you have to trigger every battle by talking to most of the bosses, then you can take your time, defeating the easiest one first and calmly battle each one by separate. I think the true appeal of this challenge would be to trigger all the battles at once and see if you can actually take all the bosses at the same time.

Y algunos no son jefes, son mini-jefes, ya que también entraría el Chain Chomp

You have to activate all the bosses first and make sure that eye rok doesn't get softlocked.
