    I don’t like how they say that all of this is new nobody has ever made this. In my home alley there is 10 gs-98 and the safety eye do work like the same on those machines u can make so that only one pin sets down. And it takes 13s for the machine to remove the dead wood. Idk why I don’t like the gs-nxt. I’m just in love with the older machines ❤

    Looks like they rehauled the problematic GS-X and based the new design off of the already popular 82-70 by QubicaAMF. I hope this one does not have balls getting stuck at the ball return hatch like the GS-X series do.

      They won't have Ball Jams. I've bowled on GS-92's during my early teen days and I only have a few ball jams meanwhile on AMF 82-90XL's I'm bowling on currently, I have Ball Jams sometimes or several times and whenever I'll bowl a League Night, I was going to expect to have Ball Jams and yet it did...

    I'm a Pinsetter Technician Mechanic here in Corsicana,TX. I've been learning how to work on these machines hands on. We're having problems with the NXT's. All 12 of them. I'm currently seeing a distributor & Tong James together and there's nothing in your manual on how to fix it without breaking the distributor or the tong. I need someone to help me fix this problem. It's not the only problem. We're down to almost no backup part's here in Corsicana,TX.

    Our local alley has gsx setters and I went bowling 🎳 the other night and had a pretty interesting game, threw strikes up until the 8th frame, and on the 8th, I released the ball way too late and it went straight into the gutter, god dammit, LMAO 😂 spared it up but in the 10th frame I got a strike, then 9 and then a spare for a 247, one bad throw can really hurt your game!! 😎

      Don't worry, countries around the world (especially Asia) still have Free Fall Pinsetters. Including poor countries because they're unable to switch pinsetters. I would love to buy the GS-NXT for my dream rebuilt childhood bowling center to have job opportunities for the people in my country that can work on them because they're unemployed or under poverty and for the Bowling Center to have a smooth operation while pins are still flying freely with no strings.

    Your new machines won't last. Your new machines don't have 1/10th what the old A2's used to have. Your bowling pins are all plastic as are your fake-lanes. Bowling doesn't even sound real anymore. Too many computers, computer chips motors and all those plastic parts that just won't last. Sorry, I'm old school I guess but that's the truth!

    • @PinoyBowlerGS92
      @PinoyBowlerGS92 Год назад +10

      So what do you want ? Have Bowling look really outdated ? Sure the GS-Series isn't reliable as the A2 but I would rather take that than Brunswick's StringPin or EDGE String from Qubicaamf, if any machine could let pins fly without Strings, I accept it no matter the reliability is. Plus since I have spare shooting problems or seeing pins fell or missing on 2nd ball, the GS-Series is prefect for me since the machine will take care of it and I don't need a mechanic to set up manually just like what happens when I bowl on those horrible AMF 82-90XL pinspotters. Don't be butthurt cause today is 2022, move on from the old days.

      @@scottrichardson6226 I speak from experience man, I bowled on Wood Lanes myself since I was 9 in 2011 until the place burned down in 2017 and they look nice but my ball doesn't wanna stop overhooking and I hate when the oil dried up easily on Wood, not mention I heard Wood Lanes were a hassle to maintain and even if you resurface it sometimes it could made the Lane uneven for the ball to roll unto. That's why during the holiday season of 2017 (before the fire happened on Dec. 23rd) that the Bowling center operator had the Youth Bowlers Club donate money to him to get the Bowling center renovated like replacing the Wood Lanes with Synthetic, Scoring CRT Monitors with Flat Screens, Chairs with Couches and getting more spare parts for their GS-92 pinsetters but never happened. I even got to bowl on Duckpins at a center that was next to my school during my junior high school days, the wood lanes were so bad that balls were hooking way early, nowadays that center is no longer playable, I even made a video about that.

    • @scottrichardson6226
      @scottrichardson6226 Год назад

      @@PinoyBowlerGS92 Uneven lanes and oil problems is the mark of an ill maintained bowling establishment. I used to work with the old style AMF lane sanders and their work on the pine and maple was pure craftsmanship that measured the work down to the thousandth of an inch on level--as ordered by the ABC bowling rules handbook. We used proper lacquer and the best lane machine we could along with oil to keep the lanes perfect. Now, I agree that on the late shift Tuesday nights on our 4 game set the last game and a half was pretty tough holding a line as the oil had surely moved. That is not only understood but predictable. How those guys were still able to average 200 or better while having to change lines later in the evening is called "skill!" You never saw the weird two-handed no finger deliveries like today. Fucking joke! Just toss the ball into the 3 foot track on the right, crank it up and it will simply dump into the pocket! Zero skill! In my day if we had one 300 game per year that was a rare treat and well earned. The place would be dead silent and then explode at the feat, the newspaper and radio would be there and everything. Now? A 300 gets maybe a pat on the back like a 200 game used to. And bowlers now shoot at least 2, 300's a month on average! At least I lived through bowling's greatness and its finest hour! And with 6 "real" 300's to my credit I have the stories to prove it!

    • @PinoyBowlerGS92
      @PinoyBowlerGS92 Год назад +1

      @@scottrichardson6226 I have to point out what you said about "skill", everybody is different and I don't have problems with 2 Handers, I even have a buddy of mine can't even make the 200 mark and I'm not saying he should switch to 1 Handed but improve regarding his timing. Plus hooking a ball (even with cranker) is still a skill, only thing that's no skill is like those Open Bowlers that didn't bowl the right way and keep getting gutters every time. Also in my opinion for those 200 scores or 300 Games almost everyday or ever week, that's just first-world country Bowling meaning they have a strong Governing Body of Bowling and have excellent certified coaches to train Bowlers unlike third-world country Bowling, we're just trying meaning to say Bowlers most of the time only shot less than a 200 average and zero 300's. Take my home country Philippines for example, you can find more Bowling centers and watch Bowlers shooting below 200, above 200 or 300 Games in the capital Metro Manila since there more centers means more Pro Shops and resources, meanwhile for the rest of the country, there's only very few centers available yet none of them have any Pro Shops and as for the Bowlers, most of the scores are just below 200 and no 300's. My country had certified coaches and the Philippine Bowling Federation is strong but the number of centers for the entire country is a problem and yet Philippines is a third-world country.
