Nice stories Mark! God bless your family! Keep it up bud! Your a good leader of your family, and a great ambassador for the US. -SIR SCOTT, THE CHIMNEY SWEEP ✌️🎅🎩
Having a trike in the Philippines, is something I would seriously consider if I lived in the Philippines. The reasons: they're cheap; they're stable (you don't have to keep them upright when you slow down); you can ride them in a relaxed manner because you don't need to keep them upright; they're large enough that they're given more respect on the road, making them safer; if you unknowingly hit a pothole, you have more chance staying upright than riding on a two-wheeler; they usually have more sun protection; you can carry a lot more stuff on them, making them very handy for all kinds of things compared to a two-wheeler: you may not legally be required to wear a helmet in them, although I probably would advise wearing a helmet anyway; they would probably be safer in an accident, compared to a two-wheeler; you could have a romantic ride in the back with your loved one, by getting someone else to drive you around! You'd be even safer by getting a 4-wheel golf buggy-type, and it'll still be 'cheap as' to run 🤷
Yeah: Absolutely have thought the same regards relative safety, sun protection etc versus a motorbike/scooter. Plus I reckon they might be a bit of fun to hoot around in too !
Mark i like your honesty and I think you are a good man. I am glad you are happy with your wife and new baby..I wish you the best..By the way ive got a 20% discount when i use my Phillipine ID/ drivers license . Enjoy your day..ingat
The SRRV visa is $10,000 if you’re over 50 and have a pension of at least $800 a month. Otherwise it’s $20,000. The visa for military veterans is $1,500.
Hey Mark, Mike here another great video. I would like to talk with JR about the visa situation and what is needed to retire in the Philippines. Thanks for sharing. 👍🏽
You've got a great looking apartment Mark. A very large room where you do your videos, and it looks like a beautiful wooden floor. My mother used to say that walking on wooden floors is much easier on the legs 👍🏻. Maybe you should give your viewers a tour? Dave, Perth, Australia (we're also on the same timeline here, in Western Australia)
Christmas in PH is beyond odd because they go all out and put trees up in September but in terms of actually celebrating Christmas they are kinda meh it's all just build up and no real celebrating

Picked up my 13A. It will be permanent in June.
Which location in New Mexico,USA was your favorite to live in?
Looks like you lost the battle I've been fighting here. Your X-mas tree is up
Blame the Chinese from mainland China for the change of visa policy.
You have such an interesting life …

In Philippines its all about retail sales, same as the US.
Some of the "religious" comments are weird. My belief is that this present life on earth is it so to speak.
They were just told to do their jobs for a change. They are supposed to ask questions because so many people were not renewing their visas.
