Super Beets! Big A+
The effect is a powerful immediate uptake and learning of its gigantic benefits. Now I get to explore what Dr Chernoff brings, gives in skin treatment.
Years ago I remember a dermatologist in Manhattan using nitric oxide on my skin as an acne riddled skin and I have never forgotten its powerful positive impact on my skin - he would use a wand to release the NO onto my skin - sort of like a blower - he would hold the wand and "blow" the NO all over my face and neck. I've wished for years that I could have that treatment again and came to RUclips to research the possibly and here you are.
Just started the skin serum and moisturizer. Also taking the supplements. Cannot wait and see the effects.
Since NO is not stable, it is obviously not NO in the products but a precursor or an arginase inhibitor.
Beets don't contain nitric oxide, they contain nitrates which convert to NO.
It would helpful to provide links to references.
Cook your own beets. Slice and put only balsamic vinegar. Or a vinegar of your choice. N.O. will be there!!
Instead of only listing your media links you should also include product names and research links, thanks.
just make your own (NO) liquid...
Bhramari pranayam, one of the yogic breathing technics is said to produce NO by 15%
Unfortunately, it costs $234 per ounce, so for serious medical issues or wealthy folk only. What would happen if you blended your own out of beets and kale? Would your face have the coloration of a Christmas tree? A healthy Christmas tree?
Very good science!!
Sold under the name of “Pneuma” topical cream, it’s available on Amazon, extremely expensive.
I can imagine🕵🤔🙄Hum🤔👌.
HOW TO APPLY N.O. ON SKIN?? WHAT PRODUCT?
Hope it works for eczema too.
LET US KNOW!!!!
raw garlic produces it when ingested?
Isnt nitric oxide produced when you breath through your nose and from sun exposure?
Your'e absolutely right. As the NO receptors are found only in your nose, mouthbreathing won't let you take up this important air component. Depression or mood disorder is a likely consequence.
Yes there's MD videos of it

Fascinating video Doctor. Is there a topical N.O. product on the market ? I’m taking a supplement for my BP and it is working. If there is no product on the market is there a diy formula? Thank You so much. BTW I’m 70 yo.
How can I get this product?
I’m trying to find a diy formula for a topical serum. It’s available online but very expensive; ($180/1oz.). There are many companies that sell very effective formulas you drink. The one I’m using is by BSN NO Xplode. It’s reasonable but I’m looking for an affordable topical serum.
Some Eucerin products contain arginine; some also contain urea and ornithine, which inhibit arginase. All will increase NO.

Green tea catechin is also an arginase inhibitor.
Red light therapy (aka LED therapy, photobiomodulation, LLLT) increases NO production.
Look at the video Out Of The Doldrums. Nasal NO has helped me enormously, humming !,,
Pure Encapsulations has an interesting video on its oral supplements for NO production - but note that what the presenter says about ornithine is not correct. Ornithine is an arginase inhibitor and will increase arinine levels. I tried ornithine and got a cold sore - presumably because my arginine/lysine ratio got too high. I took some lysine and pretty much overnight it cleared up. ruclips.net/video/m2G0jrI7BGw/видео.html
Covid 19 treatments maybe?
Yes - You are right being trialed in UK now!
Relax joe Pesci I’ll just drink beet juice🙊 jk
