Nice. Only an outdoor grill missing. I haven't seen double cockpit table on this size sailing vessel yet, but an innovative solution could have been an additional selling point. Shaft drive is fantastic and the optional 4 cabin layout speaks volumes. Literally...
I really like the New interior design, an awesome job by your design team.
Awesome sailboat...
Good video with crazy comments here. Your English is fine!
Doest it have water maker?
Can you make a solid fiber glass bimini, and put some solar panels on there straight out of the factory?
For larger units over 50', our Premium service can look into custom built options. For smaller units, it will have to be through a third-party.
@@BeneteauAmerica Love the boat, but not sure about blue water cruising. Seems more performance.
I need to know the price of this boat ﮼.
How tall is the presenter please as I’m tall and wanted to get an idea of head room
after watching Expedition Evans repairing their 2008 '49 ..seeing what they uncovered under the damage..the shoddy construction ..i doubt Beneteau will be on my to buy list
I see the chain locker still has penetrations ghag gl into the interior of ghe boat at the bottom of the chain locker.
how the middle hall window is different from the other two really bothers me, looks weird.
In Newport Beach Irvine company charges $3600 a month for a berth for the 40 foot ⛵!!!
bull !! thats can't be !!
Wow ! Thats a great deal of money
so.. this is 40-ft - a man could solo sail this across an ocean?
Is a boat like this suitable for trips to Antarctica?
Our boats are meticulously following the highest building criteria to insure great seaworthiness. Many of our boat owners use them around the globe for daily or adventurous cruising.
YET 1.. oceanis just in name...
The boat does not come will all the top electronics. That charting area look bear to me. No monitor no GPS etc. What is that all about. For that price, it should come with all the top-of-the-line navigation radar sailing electronics. I like how all births are all the same size bed. Needs a 60-80hp motor
Scusate, ma i sottotitoli nella stessa lingua del presentatore a cosa servono?
Per le persone che non parlano Italiano ; D
Instead of the 2 helms at the back in the worst place possible on a wet and windy passage, they [or it] should be in the middle by the gangway like the Amel old 40cc. A centre cockpit allows more head room for an aft cabin and twin keels saves a lifetime of cradle hire !
Malcolm David you are complaining that a horse is not a donkey. If you want a donkey don’t look at a horse!
@@frankj5947 Actually, I'm complaining the Donkey [or the many designs like it today] is not a Horse !
Malcolm David LOL! It’s ok to vent...Some (most?) people just want coastal cruising. Sounds like you want to cross oceans.
@@frankj5947 Its more about the frustration with the modern designs, all the same Med charter boats and no innovation. Your either at the back, or in the centre cockpits you helm up high on top, or so called Deck Saloons that have no pilot house and no Deck [level] Saloon. The whole idea is to see where your going in all weathers. Boats were better in the 80s/90s with centre open doghouses or wheelhouses, but heavy and now too old. The only design of any promise where they are actually thinking out of the box is the Jenneau SO 410, but even that still doesn't solve the helm location. The new Moody 41ds is perhaps ideal but far too expensive. The potential to cross oceans should always be there !
Malcolm David I hear you but these production boats are for chartering and renters motorsail a couple hours then sundeck the rest of the day. That is where the market is heading. The new center cockpit boats are very $$$ because of fewer buyers and a bit more quality. To each their own.
For a 40ft boat there is lot of boring design features and wasted space...
These modern Med yachts are all the same with many minor details that could be improved. Where's the radical thinking ? I particularly hate rear facing chart tables with no forward vision below and deep keels which limit your mooring options. Its a wet caravan !
what other yacht would you suggest ?
@@jsamc Thats the problem...., there are very few that have good cruising design.
Amel, Southerly, Dehler 41ds, Sirius ds are all ok, but expensive.
The most radical new design is Jeanneau SO 410 but it does not have internal helm with fwd vision.
The ideal cruiser has all that plus 2 keels to dry out = no storage cradle and shallow draft for more access.
All we get is modern Med boats with deep keels which post charter, end up being used in reduced use areas
Designers are missing the long term focus of bigger markets with long shoal keels, or 2 keels which can go anywhere
Hate the modern cheap looking euro look!
Two years from now they’ll have three helms with three wheels. SO DUMB. It’s childish.
Yes, just not blue water.
Is there anybody else who can speak english any better. This is really pain in the ears. And please some respect for languages other than french
