The beautiful story narrated by Swamiji illustrates the attitude of the period before and after the onset of Kaliyug, which is characterized by hypocrisy and quarrels. In previous ages, the strength of the austerities of people was such that they did not feel shelterless, thus any spiritual path to God was effective. However, in Kaiyug, bhakti is the only way to the salvation of the soul. Thank you, Swamiji.

Two things stood out for me, the fact that kali yuga is considered to be best for bhakti. A very intelligent and understandable take on (according to that very explanation).
And second was the story of the gopi. I once heard of that astonishing story before. It amazed me a lot back then and now again. It's actually mind blowing. And extremely beautiful. 🙏❤️

In this iron age of Kali, men have but short lives. They are quarrelsome, lazy, misguided, unlucky and, above all, always disturbed. निर्वल के बल राम - This despondency, wretchedness and feeling of shelterlessness prompt them to take the shelter of God's name through Bhakti Yoga.

Karma, Gyan or Bairaggya are weak unless there is pure Bhakti
Bhakti is suppreme >> pure Bhakti >> Krishna prem, the ultimate goal.
Just unit of Krishna prema can flood three worlds

I have a doubt related to Verse 7 of Chapter 8 which says "Sarveshu Kaleshu".
Here, Shri Krishna instructs Arjuna to do his duty of fighting war through his body but should attach his mind to him all the times.
But if as a student I want to apply this then how can I apply it. Because Arjuna had to fight so he had to engage his body there but I need to engage my mind in doing my duty of studying, so while studying I can't attach my mind to God bcz my mind is constantly engaged in learning and grasping something so my focus would be there.
So can you pls clarify this, it would be a great help. Please Swami Ji I want this to be answered.

Log raas leela ko kehte ki galat tha Krishna ji galat karte the to kya aap is pr kuch bata sakte hume ki hume unhe kya samjhana chahiye??
Because people don't know or understand the definition of God in the first place. Who is God - This is the first thing we have to understand through Vedic scriptures. In fact, it is a serious spiritual transgression to judge His (Shri Krishna's) pastimes - most people are not aware of it! If they were aware of the consequences, they will at least be afraid of making any such judgements against God and His eternal associates.
Secondly, God's divine pastimes are beyond our material intellect. And all of us try to apply our puny, material intellect to understand that infinite God who is beyond the realm of Maya. Shri Krishna is 'Mayadhish' - the Master of Maya or material energy; Maya serves Him. Our mind, intellect and senses are all made of Maya or material energy, while God's pastimes are performed using His personal power Yogamaya. That is why we can never understand God and His pastimes using our material intellect.
Different leelas or pastimes of God are performed for different purposes and for souls of different categories. Maharasa leela is performed only for God-realized Saints of the highest category, i.e., Braj Gopis (God-realized Saints with selfless 'madhurya bhav' devotion). The bliss of Maharasa is the highest bliss that a soul can possibly attain. However, our Vedic scriptures state that even Mahalakshmi, who is the eternal consort of Shri Krishna, doesn't get the bliss of Maharasa. When Mahalakshmi is not eligible to participate in Maharasa, what to speak of others? We are not even eligible to hear about Maharasa leela.
Therefore, we should not apply our intellect in any of the pastimes of Shri Krishna. We have to learn the philosophy and strive towards purifying our mind/intellect. When our mind becomes 100% pure through bhakti yog sadhana, the Guru will bestow his grace and make our mind and intellect divine using which we will be able to understand the pastimes of Shri Krishna. Prior to that state, our only goal should be to increase our love for Shri Radha Krishna with the aim to attain Their selfless service (nishkam seva).

swamiji , i am stuck in bhakti such that when I am listening my profesor's lecture , when I am trying study, my mind keeps saying 'sarvadharman parityajya' ,'ananyas chinta yanto maam '.what to do 😢
just relax it requires proper systematic and full knowledge from guru then slowly it can be firmly established.
U r very lucky ( in long term). Make Ambe or Shiv Ji your Guru they will direct you proper way to Krishna. If u r really serious about Krishna and ATMA KALYAN , u have to be ready to have struggles and social suffering in order to transfer your mind to be pure and to finish all KARMAS and LEN-DEN in this birth.
If you are doing work for the please of God, it's better than your sadhana..
It is normal and happens to me as well.. but, Study is our Work, And Work is devotion. So, if we perform our work sincerely for krishna, he shall be more pleased instead if you only remember him.
If you make your study an offering to Shri Krishna and do it for His happiness, then you will not get distracted. Then you will think, 'I must do my best in my study and make Him happy.'
