Thank you for watching ☺️☺️ Please remember when you enter Japanese house, take off your shoes 👞 I recently changed the way I record my voice. Please let me know if there is any sound crack compared to the previous video.
Hello again 😘 Yes 👍 Of course 😏😏😏 I can read your mind. Your will come to my mind and decided to make a video hahaha Anyway I’m so happy to tell you answer of your question 😎😎
i alway's like keeping my shoes myself butt sometimes i keep putting them back on cause of garbage i prefered to keep them off also cause i am a huge fan of anime i been a fan of them since 1st grade
I usually leave my shoes outside, but to stay indoors I wear slippers. In the house we have tiles, or even marble which is usually very cold ... 😁 But I think we usually use shoes because it is not comfortable to be at home without it, it is a little strange. I remember that they had explained to me that in Japan you must have socks at home, you cannot be without it because if you have a tatami, it will deteriorate faster over time, is that true? Thank you, see you 🙌 P.s. You voice is ok 😊
Thank you for your comment 😍😍 We rarely use slippers at home. Many Japanese have a time at barefoot in the house. When the visiter come to each house it’s comment to serve slippers. Oh, you heard tatami story 🥰🥰 It’s true to deteriorate faster on barefoot. On spring and summer we have a time at home on barefoot. Because it’s hot season. On fall season and winter we have socks at home. It changes on season. I love barefoot at home.
My wife and I visited a friend recently whose house rule was for us to remove our shoes at the door. I had on tennis shoes. My wife had on flip flops. So I entered in my socks, she in her bare feet. Both was infinitely better than wearing our shoes in there.
The difference between the culture of taking off shoes and the culture of not taking off shoes was very interesting! Thank you! In addition, "entering the house" and "going up to the house", "opening inward" and "opening outward" of the entrance, etc. Cultural differences are very interesting. I think it feels very uncomfortable to wear shoes and enter home, I would like to respect both cultures, too. Thank you very much! ありがとうございました! kutu wo nugu bunnka to nuganai bunnka no chigai、totemo omosirokatta desu.arigato! hokanimo、「ie ni hairu」to「ie ni agaru」、genkan no 「uchibiraki」to「sotobiraki」nado、 bunka no chigaitte omosiroi desune. watasimo、kutusu wo haite ie ni hairunoha、totemo kimochiga waruku kanjiruto omoimasuga, dochira no bunka mo sonnchou sitai to omoimasu。arigatougozaimasita。

In Japan (and all other Asian countries for that matter), people who wear shoes in the house are viewed as disrespectful savages!

Where I live, in the United States, most people I know take their shoes off when entering someone's, or their own, house. Myself included.
My family and I take off our shoes at the door. Mostly because don’t want our carpet getting dirty😅
