Nice recipe. PS Trim the white pith from bell peppers as that part is indigestible and can cause some sensitive people to have indigestion symptoms. Conversely, use a handheld citrus press to squeeze the juice from lemons and limes. The press helps to press the white pith between the juicy part of the lemon/lime and the rind. The pith contains a lot of nutrients which will go into the juice if you press it hard enough. Will not affect flavor.
Great effort, Emilie, however, here are a few suggestions (from a chef perspective and someone who helps others with their presentations-making them amazing!! My intention is to be helpful, not tear you down...please assume all positive input!)...I would suggest learning how to de-stem a collard leaf, so you can show the proper way. Also, trimming out the ribs of the pepper and removing the seeds is essential as these are both bitter. Knife skills are also essential!! Also, efficiency is a must. Using poor tools doesn't help with timing. Takes a second to clean a proper masher. It was very painful to watch you demo with those knife skills. I urge you to practice on camera so your audience can trust you more I know this one was a few year ago, so I'm sure you're much better now! ;) Unfortunately, I had little confidence at the end, in your overall skills and recommends due to the process. Teaching people about the nutrition of the recipe is also essential, as most folks who are eating a yummy wrap with good nutrition want to learn more...people want to know the "why". Why are you choosing these ingredients (from a wellness perspective)? The other part is that there are so very many other spices that you can add. This could be WAY more yummy!!! This seems like a pretty basic approach and you're competing against soooo many others doing wraps like this. Help yourself stand out. You seem very sweet and have a great energy. I think you can go far with some tweaks to your presentation. Sorry if I sound harsh at all. I just want the very best for you!! As an additional note, I'd take out the beans as they're not keto-friendly. Their certainly yummy, but high carb. Try other sauces, then layer your veggies so it's not all combined. When cutting across the middle the layers of veggies look amazing! They will all stick to the sauce or guac or whatever you put down first. Tahini or avocado as a first layer can be very nice. :) Anyway, good luck with your series of videos! :)
Great filling idea 💓 thankyou!
Tip: I used a potato masher and the process was much faster. xx

Wonderful
When I seen that green belle pepper I knew you had a garden around there somewhere.
Is it possible to store these wraps in the fridge for few days without going soggy?
The seed of the lemon, you left it there :(
Haha great video!
This made me so hungry lol
Can you store this ? Thanks
With the added avocado, how long do the wraps last refrigerated? (As in- does the avo start to oxidize, etc.)
Will omit the carrot 🥕
I'll probably shred some carrot.
Delish!.
Great video! Are you going to make videos regularly?
Yes! One should come out every Tuesday. :) Let me know if you ever want to see anything in particular!
