I've been feeling disconnected to tarot lately feeling like reads ain't for me. Well your title Def got me because I've booked a week off work in September to decorate lol
Ali-you amaze us. Your reading last week said it might not be green, it could be pink. We had just lost our green home and were trying to figure out if we wanting and ultimately put an offer on a pink house. That fell through. The journey in getting a home has been long. So our agent showed us a home that we believe was not getting the showings it should have because of the color schematic being yellowish floors and bluish wall making it feel very off. We just did our final walk through today. The house is perfect and has so much we need. We got an accepted offer asap and I immediately got anxiety that it was going to fall apart. I had to purposefully rest when I started to feel scared. Fear sabotages so much. We don’t mean to, our brains just attach meaning so the fear makes sense. The last few days I had to pray and meditate on the fact that I feel so strongly that I don’t deserve this. We close in 2 days and I haven’t told more than 2 people because I’m scared it won’t happen. My children don’t even know. The younger me would have found a bunch of reasons to nope it and put myself into another complicated place because that feels so familiar. So often we have to work hard now to figure out what is going wrong in our worlds. This time I was shown that I have to work on myself and ignore that weird fickle feeling that has only made my life worse. During the tour this morning I kept telling shelf “I can’t paint that” when I felt out of place due to the weird colors. Our eyes all see color different. This is a perfect home. I need not close a door for myself because of someone having a different vision making things look off to me. My “this feels right” is not always for good reasons. Pretty, but dysfunctional, has been my favorite thing for too long.

The fear part is real. But it’s simultaneously not real. The mind can be such an enemy but it can also be a great ally. The way I wrestle with this connection is so painful yet forces me to grow. I have never been so moved by a connection, regardless of the outcome I’m being moved in the right direction. It’s scary & really challenging to just let it be and not try to control it. So much I want to say but seeing there is no need.

I work with birds, rehabbing sick and injured ones. I had a very special Caffinch a few years back. He only had one leg and came every day for three years when he saw I was about and would sit on the fence and come down to feed close by quite happily. Something special to enjoy ❤️

It’s frustrating at times! I express my feelings for Z and it’s rough on others! That is rough. It’s frustrating. I wouldn’t call it fear. I get frustrated because I feel like my having strong feelings for Z, but not really understanding what is going on with him is annoying. Sometimes I feel like it would be easier to just be alone, because I don’t know what is really going on with him. He doesn’t look good at times and it is concerning. Yet I don’t know what is wrong. I’m like you in the fact that I just like to know what is going on so I can handle it. It must be part of SIM World to keep me in the dark. If I feel I am being left in the dark I usually just cut the rope and set myself free. I’ve had to do that in my life at times. It works and is better than being jerked around.
