We need to be always alert in public places. Just today I was doing my afternoon walk when a man on a bicycle was aimlessly going around me and following me for 5 or so minutes. I walked faster and he was still there. I then quickly turned to a busy street and turned back and shouted at him at the top of my lungs repeatedly "STOP FOLLOWING ME!!!". He went away, but I was honestly scared. I assumed he was aiming for my bag.
