12 18's 😲. I just imagine the wind blowing in the van while playing lowz. I wish I could hear it in real life but sadly i live in Europe. Greetings from Poland🇵🇱
So exo's nit the most muscular dude I've ever seen... but he is a beast!! You know that huge multilayer face plate has to weigh a LOT!! and he is solo trucking it in and out of the van!
Man, i love seeing you work on your new build. One guy, help from some friends and a TON of passion! No super fancy tools - just pure willpower and determination. Thank you for being inspiering for all this years EXO! Much love from Sweden
Hey EXO, today is my 22nd birthday and I’m so glad you uploaded, I’ve been watching you since I was in 4th grade when you had the van with the 2 soundstream XXX 18’s, and I can’t wait for this build to be completed, keep up the great work bro 💯💯💯 much love from Bronx,NY 🇺🇸🇵🇷🇹🇹
I really like your videos exo! You're seriously a fun guy to watch and hang out. I love your attitude and your editing is *chef's kiss*. Thanks for everything you share with us, friend!
Can't wait to see the finished product..im so excited ain't even mu build...love your content exo been watching you forever now and it always gets better and better..super excited to see that beast demo ...much love
So glad to see you posting! Getting ready to do my first "major" build in my dodge ram. Your videos give me good info, ideas and get me PUMPED! Thanks EXO!
Such a cool build man! Being a homeowner always fixing up stuff, I would still love to stay in the loop on your awesome home projects as well :) Bass on my friend!
At first I was like: 'That's way too thin, it's gonna vibrate like a you - know - what! Then I was like: 'With all those layers, this is gonna be solid as a rock~!' 😸 EXO, You should wear a mask for the sawdust, no need to breathe all that in. I can't wait to see this thing in action.
You've come a looooong way from your car audio beginnings👍 would have been nice to have these social media outlets back in the 90's for inspiration lol.. all we had were cool magazines
Crack on EXO!!! 👍👍👍 So excited to finally see you really resume your build. You have never known it but you change my life some 10- 15 years ago when u first taught me the "LOVE OF BASS!!!" after watching one of your videos on how to do the "Big 3 upgrade" -in the old van 😃 Been out of the BASS world for the last 7 years, as I was unable to afford a car... But now I'm back at it rocking a Deaf Bounce Apocalypse 3515 D1 in my trunk, I could never go as big/loud as you are now.. (it is not the "trend" in my country).. But if I ever do, It will definitely be because of watching your videos 😃😃😃 Best of luck with your build 🔊🔊🔊 -see you still have some way ahead 🙃 Thank you for your videos 👍👍👍 Best regards from a silent.. but big fan from Denmark.
I'm loving you're video's! I've watched so many over the year's. You were the one that got me into subwoofers. I'm honestly concerned that you're not wearing a mask though! Just want you to be safe. You must be breathing in loads of sawdust. I'm genuinely excited to see the finished product of this build.
Man what a project you've got going. Super cool and interesting though. Can't wait to see how it turns out, I've been using it as starter fluid motivation for my own projects
Was so upset because I tried cutting my dustcap off a fresh recone and cut right though the cone all around. Saw this pop up, and I feel much better now
Are you SURE you know what you are doing? Seriously, LOVE watching you work! I'm an old guy that have built basic boxes for my kids cars when they were younger. Congratulations on your new home and future endeavors!
Im telling you guys you really cant comprehend how long the time effort and stress it takes to do a build like this, you really have to love not like! To get this doing how Exos doing it.
Hell yeah man, seeing the progress on this build just keeps getting better. Hey EXO, I'm not a complete clean freak, but I would buy a dedicated tarp to put under your work tables that'll collect most of the debris. Catch-u-later brother!
How about painter's plastic to keep you from having to scrape the floor afterwards? My wife uses it under her furniture projects and it's a huge time saver.
Great job my friend. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been through this. The race to get all of the screws in and everything tightened up before the glue sets up. Lol everything is looking great. Can’t wait to hopefully see you at a show and hear it.
As a longtime fan and fellow bass head, with over 20 years' experience in Drywall and encloser building, watching you over drive your screws drives me up a wall🤪🤪🤪
Exo, I don't know what kind of music you're checking your demo's for bass demo's but... it's worth giving this new'ish genre a shot called "amapiano" it's from Africa I think, it's electronic but it has CONSTANT low end bass, maybe more than any other genre right now.
It's unbelievable you don't have more subscribers I guess videos are few and far between but the content is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ppl need to just subscribe and turn notifications on when there's uploads its just a great unexpected treat
I've had 2 Aidiopipe BD2's for a few years now, never used them, finally was able to build my first box specifically for these subs, and wow how great the bass sounds, tuned to 32 hz 5 cuft box, i will never buy another pre fab box again.
I use a B&D plunge router. Not very old at all but its legit better than my milwaukee router. Thing goes forever and never gets warm. Goes through everything like butter. Love that router
Exo what bro happy to see your back at it again i put in a full day rough in building on my. Equilnox 6th order today an it was exciting To see your making progress on your it going to be a MONSTER. Bruce!! Bass on bud.
FWIW . . . I am a professional, custom furniture builder, and have been so for years and have some tips - if you care to listen. 1. The glue, while Titebond, is *NOT* Titebond III. It is more than likely II. Titebond III is a completely different color and also has a much longer setup time than that of Titebond II. 2. Router bits really reflect the ol' idiom - "you get what you pay for." Having said that, this doesn't mean go out and buy the most expensive bit every single time. I buy bits that I know I will only use once and pay very little for them. I also have bits that I know I will use numbers of times and can pay $150 - $200 for a single bit. But this bit can be sharpened and rebuilt with new rollers, bearings, and other parts. 3. I am suspect that your DeWalt can only rout three holes before it becomes too hot to touch. I have both a Bosch and a very budget-friendly, WEN, that I use both for production work. And neither get hot. If I had to guess, I'd say that your flush trim bit is too small for the amount of material you are trying to get rid of. Some of those lips appeared to be at least 1/4", if not more. That is simply too much material for such a small flush trim bit. Next time, purchase a larger bit to handle that much material. Or, just get closer to your line with your jigsaw. 4. It is a great idea to set your screws before glue-up. if you take it one step further by actually sinking the screws all the way it offers a way to perfectly line-up your material. Meaning, when joining two faces, both with glue, those faces will slide, glide, and move everywhere! This movement causes those nice crisp edges to have overhang. Now you have to come back and do some more flush trimming. But if you pre-sink the screws BEFORE the glue is applied, the two faces cannot slide around on you. So when you do apply the glue and go to assembly, the screws already have a home and your edges will be flush. 5. Lastly . .. ... .... ..... ...... ....... ........ ......... .......... what the hell are you doing not wearing a dust mask? Dude *WEAR* *A* *MASK*
As someone with extensive woodworking background. You should invest in a roller for the glue . You just pour glue in trough and roll and you get a quick even coat ! Much quicker and very effective! Ps buy bosch we found they out preformed everyone else!
BUSTIN BUTT ON THE BASS BUILD!!! 😀
Have a great weekend, everyone! 👋
I’m about to bust my butt this weekend to get a new box built. Mines been broken for about a year. You also have a good weekend.

2 inch flush route bit for that particular Dewalt router is the best thing I’ve ever bought. Makes sub baffles so easy. Perfect every time.

EXO, you’re doing it!! Loving the Build!🔈🔥
Was so upset because I tried cutting my dustcap off a fresh recone and cut right though the cone all around. Saw this pop up, and I feel much better now

Big fan from New Zealand 🇳🇿 the build is coming along really good bro 🔥
I used a "8 in. Wide Adjustable Razor Floor Scraper and Stripper" to scrape large floor areas in the past. They sell them at Home Depot.
Just put my system back in my car today car and amp like the new setup happy to see you getting through your build
