      maybe you can use 1-2 tbsp yoghurt and 60g sugar to replace the condensed milk.

    前兩天跟着老師的食譜做了南瓜芝士蛋糕,味道和口感都非常好。這次是我第一次做cheese cake, 原來要加那麽多的cream cheese,所以我沒有加soft cheese 做面層,改用whipping cream,還加上一些藍梅裝飾。因我怕吃得太多會變肥婆。我想問老師,若我不加南瓜泥,改用新鮮芒果泥代替可以嗎?份量是否和加南瓜泥一樣呢?老師的食譜真是很捧👍,一邊吃,一邊在想吃完就要多做運動了。

      可以改成芒果泥,只是要注意芒果的水份要多些,可能需要炒干一些才能用,可以比南瓜泥多些。

    Hey Sherry, can you share a straight dough method Japanese Shokupan recipe that tastes like the yudane Shokupan that you shared? Thank you! Im wondering if you can make yudane for in big batches like for 30 loaves? Can we mix it in a big mixer? Thank youu

      You can make yudane in big batches, and you can also use a dough mixer if you like. I will share some more shukupan video later. thanks

    hii..today I made a pumpkin cheese cake from your recipe, the result is that the cake doesn't taste like pumpkin, everything tastes creem cheese, is there a lack of pumpkin ingredients...

      this recipe doesn't add too much pumpkin puree to get the creamy texture. you can add more pumpkin puree if you like.
