Just found your channel dude. Glad you liked this band, this whole wave of 90’s-worship stuff is killer. You should do the song “Silver” by Bleed when you get a chance, I think you’ll dig it.
A lot of these bands kinda sound the same, grunge-gaze is what they call it. Standouts from that scene are Teenage Wrist, Modern Color, Mascara, Gleemer, and Superbloom. At night we live by Far is a beautiful tribute to CHI too 🙏
OK, the first thing that hit me when you read through the albums/material and "FUCT" came up was the fact that X Japan's hide had a t-shirt he would wear often in the months prior to his death that was the cover of Peter Criss' 1978 solo album with the word "fuct" (all lower case) emblazoned above his head. I honestly never understood it, but it was cool nonetheless. NOW as far as this song....I want to define it as neo-grunge. I was somewhat indifferent about it...I thought the riff was pretty cool but I otherwise was not totally enthralled, so we will take this one as a split.....
Solid band. Not one Im in a hurry to go and scope out. But not one I would change the radio station on. Ill have to listen to more to have a more solid feel
There's a NWPBHM band from England by the name of Money. They put out an EP also entitled Money back in 1980. Not the same band. As I wish the British band would have put out more stuff. This I am going to have give a polite pass on.
This band sounds like if 90’s Deftones were emo and I fucking love it
yup you got my vibe right there I agree 100%
