Definitely, at present I am stuck on Maximillian at the end, I don't have awakening or awaken all and the old man at the cemetery won't teach me anything.
Liam Wolfendale If you don't have awakening or awaken all then I'd recommend saving every time you get a hit on Maximillian. The potential can still activate just at a lower chance on doing so. However if you still really want awakening or awake all then the best way to get them now is doing a skirmish then going back to the old man then rinse and repeat. But you should of at least got awakening as long as u went to the old man after each mission/skirmish u done before hand.
+Jack Meyer I guess theres nothing you can do then, If I remember correctly they don't die right away and you are given a couple of turns to try and save them. If you focus on clearing with Alicia on the next turn then she should be safe. Again I haven't played it in quite some time so you may want to save before trying that.

what lvl are your units?
I'm the same level and Aika can't get close to the bridge.
Save/load is your friend here. It relies on a bit of RNG getting there with just enough HP.
