Yeah.. Thanx man for this good video 👍.. My dad just picked up a crf100 08 model for cheap & it has the same issue.. Will not idle.. Among other another serious issue which was when I went to drain the oil only about 1 tablespoon dribbled out.. Yep I'm pretty sure I heard the bearing scraping which is why I went to check the oil & then you know how it goes from there...... ..... ....... Bike is all stripped apart plastics & all to where I'm at the clutch basket and all those gears... Now I'm abit nervous to go further... 👀.. Thanx for the great video. 👍
We just got our son a 04 honda crf00 and noticed after we got home it had a fuel leak and wouldn't idle. Got a man to fix it and it idles fine but does a horrible loud claping/ popping backfire sound? It's the only problem it seems to have now but man it's loud. The man didn't mention this and another person I asked said it's normal? It's so loud surely it's not normal. It's my son's first dirt bike so could it be the way he is shifting or riding the bike? He had mini bikes and seems to be riding this bike good but any suggestions would be really appreciated please!

Is the exhaust stock? The exhaust would look like the one on the bike he is working on.
