SSG Goku alone at the beginning of DBS was universal+ with his battle with Beerus in BoG arc, and currently Goku has mastered Ultra Instinct in the manga with way more battle experience.

This is upper tier speed in most anime, and in DragonBall, this is so goddamn slow it's not even worth considering. How slow is it? Well, let me put it in perspective. Goku himself, after training with King Kai, would obtain an unspecified powerlevel that's somewhere between eight and nine thousand. He would, using this power, proceed to fly down Snake Way, all 1 million kilometers of it, in 1 day. That's a top speed (because he has to neither slow down nor worry about falling off) of 41666 kilometers per hour. This is before Kaioken is applied, as Goku did not use Kaioken at all during the flight back to Earth, and Kaioken can double or even triple his power, strength and speed included, giving him a, presumable, true top speed of nearly 125000 kilometers an hour. To give you a perspective of how fsat this is, this is fast enough to get to our moon in a little over 3 hours, and would likely take less because once he's in space he's no longer facing air resistance so he can accelerate more and hold a better speed. And to make matters worse, after 100x gravity training, Goku raises his base powerlevel to 180000, roughly 22 and a half times stronger. Now, we know that speed doesn't increase linearly with powerlevel, but in fact, it increases quadratically, since Goku becoming roughly 20 times stronger resulted in a x177 increase in speed. But for the sake of argument, we'll make the increase linear as it makes the calc easier. This puts Goku at a base speed of 937485 kilometers per hour, pre Kaioken. Since at this point in time he can use Kaioken up to x10 comfortably, we can assume his top speed at this point in time is a little under 9.4 million kilometers per hour, or, roughly enough to go for a lap around the world in about 1 second. And then this is when things start toget absolutely bonkers because the next powerup is the zenkai he gets before Freeza, which takes him to 3 million base powerlevel, a 16.6 times increase in power, setting his base top speed at 15562251 kilometers per hour, and, with Kaioken x20 being his new limit after this, a presumable limit of about 311.2 million kilometers an hour. How fast is this? This is enough for Goku to get to the Sun and come back in an hour. And guess what? This isn't even his final form for this arc, because Super Saiyan Goku has a x50 multiplier, setting his top speed as a Super Saiyan at roughly 778 million kilometers an hour. This is TWO THIRDS of the way to light speed. Yeah. Anyone that tells you "muh favorite anime character can beat up Goku" has absolutely no fucking idea wtf they're talking about. This is just speed, even - we're not even talking about the fact that regarding strength and durability, Goku would basically just be standing there letting Kaidou hit him and not even realize he's being hit from how weak the strikes would be.
It's not so much about Shinji's powers being bad, but that Kubo did him dirty in the writing. He SHOULD be among the top of the captains, since he was already considered strong before he got his hollow boost... yet, we consistently see him get his ass handed to him without ever really getting a major win. The best thing he's done so far is using Bankai to take out a group of fodder Quincies, and even that was an anime-only scene.

Advanced aramanet with the Ryou which destroys the body on the inside as well as acts as a extremely durable armor (Blunt force attacks already don't work on luffy no matter how hard you hit him (You need haki to do so) He is immune to lightning based attacks he also has been seem to be either extremely resistant or immune to fire based attacks as his whole hand he makes go on fire. How high he falls his base fruit stops him from taking damage adding his armament haki makes him even moreso. Finally conquers haki which is the strongest of the 3 the ability to sense everyones emotions and all those around you which also allows you to overpower their will and they will be rendered either dead or unconscious. This conquers haki can be infused in armament haki attacks to make them even stronger. Now luffy has an awakening which his fruit is son goku the monkey king based off that God. He has a god ability his happens to be toonforce. Which when we see luffy was able to bend reality to his will. Luffy was able to Change his size to ridiculous portions have his body parts separate around everywhere, grab the ground when Kaido shoot his blast breath and use it to reflect that attack back at kaido. If the ground stayed normal that blast had gone straight through it. Kaido also got used as a jump rope when luffy went Gear 5 he was literally fodder when luffy went that mode luffy had zero trouble against him. So if frieze did a death ray/beam. Luffy would literally grabs the ground and reflect it back which when luffy reflected Kaido's attack the move went back at kaido faster then when kaido shoot it originally. All I learned from this video is that db fans literally are insane to have conversations with. The power creep is crazy in the show and unless you can blow up planets they will start frothing at the mouth. One of the simplest things you can test is thus:
At a powerlevel of 416, Goku could run Snake Way, a 1 million kilometer track, in 177 days.
This means at a powerlevel of 416, Goku can run, at least, at 235 kilometers per hour, and that's on a twisty narrow path where he has to be worried that if he falls off he'll go to hell, not to mention do so continuously for six months straight, so he likely had times when he was running quite a bit faster down straight lines, and slowing down considerably when it got twisty.
That's one of the most solid speed feats we have for Goku, and that's already an absolutely insane feat. For you imperial users out there, that's 146 miles per hour as a 'normal running speed' with vastly higher sprint speed. That's fast enough to run across an American Football Field in 2 seconds, and again, that's WAY slower than Goku's sprint speed. This is upper tier speed in most anime, and in DragonBall, this is so goddamn slow it's not even worth considering.
How slow is it?
Well, let me put it in perspective.
Goku himself, after training with King Kai, would obtain an unspecified powerlevel that's somewhere between eight and nine thousand. He would, using this power, proceed to fly down Snake Way, all 1 million kilometers of it, in 1 day. That's a top speed (because he has to neither slow down nor worry about falling off) of 41666 kilometers per hour. This is before Kaioken is applied, as Goku did not use Kaioken at all during the flight back to Earth, and Kaioken can double or even triple his power, strength and speed included, giving him a, presumable, true top speed of nearly 125000 kilometers an hour. To give you a perspective of how fsat this is, this is fast enough to get to our moon in a little over 3 hours, and would likely take less because once he's in space he's no longer facing air resistance so he can accelerate more and hold a better speed.
And to make matters worse, after 100x gravity training, Goku raises his base powerlevel to 180000, roughly 22 and a half times stronger. Now, we know that speed doesn't increase linearly with powerlevel, but in fact, it increases quadratically, since Goku becoming roughly 20 times stronger resulted in a x177 increase in speed. But for the sake of argument, we'll make the increase linear as it makes the calc easier.
This puts Goku at a base speed of 937485 kilometers per hour, pre Kaioken. Since at this point in time he can use Kaioken up to x10 comfortably, we can assume his top speed at this point in time is a little under 9.4 million kilometers per hour, or, roughly enough to go for a lap around the world in about 1 second.
And then this is when things start toget absolutely bonkers because the next powerup is the zenkai he gets before Freeza, which takes him to 3 million base powerlevel, a 16.6 times increase in power, setting his base top speed at 15562251 kilometers per hour, and, with Kaioken x20 being his new limit after this, a presumable limit of about 311.2 million kilometers an hour. How fast is this? This is enough for Goku to get to the Sun and come back in an hour.
And guess what? This isn't even his final form for this arc, because Super Saiyan Goku has a x50 multiplier, setting his top speed as a Super Saiyan at roughly 778 million kilometers an hour. This is TWO THIRDS of the way to light speed.
Yeah. Anyone that tells you "muh favorite anime character can beat up Goku" has absolutely no fucking idea wtf they're talking about. This is just speed, even - we're not even talking about the fact that regarding strength and durability, Goku would basically just be standing there letting Kaidou hit him and not even realize he's being hit from how weak the strikes would be.

How high he falls his base fruit stops him from taking damage adding his armament haki makes him even moreso. Finally conquers haki which is the strongest of the 3 the ability to sense everyones emotions and all those around you which also allows you to overpower their will and they will be rendered either dead or unconscious. This conquers haki can be infused in armament haki attacks to make them even stronger. Now luffy has an awakening which his fruit is son goku the monkey king based off that God. He has a god ability his happens to be toonforce. Which when we see luffy was able to bend reality to his will. Luffy was able to Change his size to ridiculous portions have his body parts separate around everywhere, grab the ground when Kaido shoot his blast breath and use it to reflect that attack back at kaido. If the ground stayed normal that blast had gone straight through it. Kaido also got used as a jump rope when luffy went Gear 5 he was literally fodder when luffy went that mode luffy had zero trouble against him. So if frieze did a death ray/beam. Luffy would literally grabs the ground and reflect it back which when luffy reflected Kaido's attack the move went back at kaido faster then when kaido shoot it originally. Also luffy would predict the future and see it coming. Frieza form 1 was hella cocky and played with Goku you don't think Frieza would be with luffy he be moreso. All I learned from this video is that db fans literally are insane to have conversations with. The power creep is crazy in the show and unless you can blow up planets they will start frothing at the mouth. Made me feel good when death battle came out and we saw goku vs Superman argument finally put to rest.
It’s not just about blowing up planets that’s the least. Most of them are exceptional fighters with ridiculous speed, techniques and the things they can do with ki is ridiculous. They’ve also had the capacity to negate a lot of haxed moves with ki like Vegito beating up majin buu as a candy bar while having a conscious.

The problem with anime fans a lot of them think a character is only good because they're strong, for example Guts is one of my favorite characters of all time and most shounen protags could body him with a finger that doesn't take away from his character at all.
