Hi Srogers, they both hold the same amount in each size, where you will see the difference is in the lumin. it has better insulation, gets to a high temp for searing and includes an accessory to help with smoking, steaming and defrosting.. I see no difference….you described the same thing for both 🤔 compact or full size, 6 or 12 burgers, 120v 1500 watts, am I missing something??
