I like how every single recipe now comes with a disclaimer for Italians haha! This look delicious though, gnocchi is an underrated boss of the pasta/dumpling world.

Donal, looks like a great dish! You mention at the beginning of the video that some markets carry good quality pre-made gnocchi. how does one go about distinguishing between "good" and "not so good"? is it just a matter of trying to get the most expensive one you can find, or are there things to look for?

this recipe is very low on calories too, thats like 150cal/100g of gnoochi, 65cal/100ml of sauce and around 130 for 1tbsp of oil. considering there is more gnoochi than 100g, i suppose this is around 800kcal total. Which compared to other pasta, would go up to 1500kcal

are prepared gnocchi available in the market like other pastas n spaghetti? i hvnt seen one being sold in packets till date. it would be so helpful n fast to get this together if they sold precooked ones. its a bit time consuming to prepare fresh pasta at home.....though i admit the fresh ones n lot more tastier but when u r india and r not as naturally natural as italians in pasta making it can get a bit tedious.
