[PB] Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine in

Third and final speedrun of this game to me. I've spent over a month trying to do a time under 7 minutes, but due to one mistake or another, or bad RNG, I couldn't.
Today, I did it twice. This is the better of the two times.
I won't go for under 6 minutes as that is practically impossible without TAS.
