This is a very basic primer for cleaning chairs using VLM. Spray, agitate, pad, spot (as needed) wipe down/groom if required. This was Awesome Encap and Magic Bullet. The chair was impacted with coffee and soda, dirt and more. We obtained the char in bad shape and made it worse over the course of a month.
Depending on fabric type, you may want to spray the pad and then agitate. In this case I applied the encap directly to the upholstery and primarily around the heavily soiled areas knowing that the cleaning product would spread (which it did in all directions).
The foam produced is more than normal, again due to chair material. The encap and soil were quickly picked up with the cotton pad. The microfiber was not necessary, but can be if you need to lift additional soil or advance dry time. You can also skip the cotton and use microfiber, depending.
Hope this helps. As always, follow the basic steps (agitate, absorb, spot and dry as needed, groom/wipe down).

Very nicely done, Damon! Excellent!
It's dry foam shampoo I used this method for near on 34 yrs I got results every time because this method does not overwet or cause problems ie dye run etc, the shampoo I bought in gallon containers and guess what I hardly used any shampoo so not only great results but very cost effective..
Nice job.

In Mumbai where can we get foam carpet cleaner machine
For carpets I used a Victor slow speed with tank and two types of brushes one very stiff that cleaned carpet tiles etc and a softer one for carpets all from Victor they do a 12 inch machine as well as 18 inch I think that's right most domestic jobs I used the smaller one by of great results every time so you should be able to buy these products from eBay or Amazon or janitorial warehouse cheers any other questions karldowson@live.co.uk..

Hello Mariana, you can get the hand orbital at Harbor Freight, though there are better ones available. You can also use a polisher which is the more commonly used tool. Encapstore.com sells the pads and cleaning products you'll need to take on this type of work. Thanks for commenting!

Would be the same process, I didn't do the entire chair for the sake of time.
How much do you charge per chair
Really depends on time and hourly rate. I suspect most are at $5.00 - $8.00 per chair
what'ts the meaning of VLM?
Very low moisture
Hi everybody....thank you for all of the comments. The pads and chems can be found here: encapstore.com/shop/pad/8-stair-upholstery-11-pad-bundle
At no point do you extract? To me you’re just spreading it out.
You absorb a considerable amount of soil. More importantly, any excess soil and residue is encapsulated
@@encapstore5784 I’m saying you’re doing it wrong. To each their own but if it was the business I owned I’d wanna do it the right way. If you’re an employee then what can you do
Lot of work for half a chair
Yeah, this was a demo/discussion piece, not a paid job
