Always take time to get the framing straight and blocking for future grab bars.

It is actually rare to find straight and plumb wall in the house. Before boarding the shower wall did tile, it pays to take extra time to fix the framing and to add a lot of blocking for future grab bars. More blocking will give you the freedom to place the accessories on the tile to look good - centered.

what 's the thickness of plywood boar, and how do you nail it the studs? Thanks.

Hello , I usually use 3/4" thick plywood and install it flush with the face of the studs using Kreg pocket screws.
