I had to get minor surgery done recently to remove a uterine polyp: I had a hysteroscopy along with a polypectomy. I was pretty nervous beforehand and started looking up people's experiences on RUclips, but found that the videos out there were either A: medical walkthrough videos, or B: Fertility journey videos. I wanted to share my experience in case it could be helpful for others who might be getting this done and don't know what to expect. I was really lucky to have a great experience here in Seoul--both the procedure and the recovery were quick, and I was really well taken care of :)

I had some polyps forming and then I quit the birth control I was taking for a while and they naturally fixed theirselves thank goodness. They seem to have become smaller or gone away. But I get this off and on pain in my uterine area, it's not my period and doctors said they still can't find anything wrong.
Beemo's clinginess the day after surgery reminds us all of how much animals sense things. They can't express themselves in our language but they can sense our pain or discomfort and try to comfort us through it. Sometimes we can take that for granted.
He’s usually clingy anyway, but it was on a whole different level the day of and after the surgery 🥺❤️
Yeah, I experienced that with my cat, Salem, when I had a double ear infection. Salem isn’t a cuddly cat at all like he hates it but he immediately snuggled up to me when I was in pain, which helped comfort me

I love what an anchor Kyuho is for you. :) Being in America, most women's problems are brushed off as "periods are supposed to be painful/it's all in your head." I was told this for years. At 48, they removed a 22cm mass from my left ovary (total hysterectomy). I'm so glad you have proactive healthcare. Hopefully times are changing. Please be well!

You feel kinda like family, so of course, your health means the world to us (well, at least it does to me, and I know I’m not alone in that). Edit: with the gardasil vaccine, even though I’m about the same age as you guys we actually got it in high school here in Australia as it was developed in my state’s university (University of Queensland). Very important vaccine there.

That’s so cool the vaccine was developed at the University of Queensland! 😮 I was just out of high school when the vaccine was approved for use in Canada (2006), but I really wish I could have gotten it then-glad you were able to. It’s great that some countries have that option for free as part of a school’s vaccination program!

I feel so sorry for you seeing you right before surgery. I can relate to that fear thing before you go under. You never know what's gonna happen. I've had horrible endometriosis for most of my life and I requested a hysterectomy many times but they won't do it because "I'm too young" and because I have no kids. I told them a million times I don't want kids, never wanted them, just want a normal life with no chronic pain. From all the footage I've seen from Koreans and foreigners living in Korea, I was always so impressed by Korean health system. It always seemed to me like Korean doctors really care about the wellbeing of a patient and do appropriate procedures that help the issue. I really envy that. I'm glad your procedure went okay Sarah, I hope you fully recover and have no more issues! ♥
Ugh…I am so sorry you’re going through this and are unable to get the surgery you want and need :( You should be able to make this decision about your one body, and it’s so infuriating the ‘reasons’ they give when turning you down…

just had one too, and an emergency one at that to remove a mass near the cervix. I actually went under general anesthesia. I'm due for my follow up today. So far healing well!

Thank you for sharing this. "Women's problems" are not easy to discuss openly. You did it so well. I'm very impressed with the care you got. Just the bedding at the hospital was so far beyond what you would get at a hospital in the US. And having a place where your husband/partner/whoever can stay with you while you recover is awesome!

Glad that you recovered quickly, Sarah. Yes, I would advocate for women and men to take the Gardisil-9 jab. Doctor said it is worthwhile to have it, even if in 40s and married. So I had my jab when I was 44. Now I am 46. Last year, I had prolonged bleeding and had to have a hysteroscopy (under general anaesthesia) during which the gynaecologist removed some small polyps and took samples for a biopsy. I was on medication, Norethisterone, to stop the bleeding in time for surgery. Post-procedure, I did not have any pain… just had spotting and felt tired. Recovery was very fast and problem-free. Then 2 months later, I had to have another procedure, marsupialisation, for an abscess at the Bartholin’s gland - now THIS was not fun at all and I would not wish this torturous experience on any woman. I hope everyone will look into Bartholin’s cyst too… there isn’t a lot of support online. Currently, I have multiple small fibroids (likely due to chronic stress over years) that the doctor is monitoring… we’ll see if the dreaded hysterectomy is needed in future. Wishing everyone good health and peace.
I got a laproscopy for an ovarian cyst most likely caused by endometriosis. They also found endo spots. I had awful shoulder pain because of the gas that they used in surgery. Took about 6 weeks to not be out of breath from walking. ^^ The surgery itself was fine... a little dizzy so I had to stay one night.. and after a year the scar on my bellybutton is still really thick.

I had a laparoscopy also, way back in the mid 1980’s, for a “missed abortion” ( I had an early pregnancy that wasn’t progressing but also wasn’t spontaneously aborting, so they had to check my uterus for signs of pregnancy as well as checking for a tubal pregnancy. I tell you, that gas is no joke! My husband used to play with the visible gas pockets around my collar bone until they got small enough to not be visible.

Thank you for talking about this Sarah. There's so many gynecological issues and I hope it can be normalised to talk about them. I myself had minor surgery removing a fibroid on my womb lining (many women have them without knowing, but because of where it was it was giving me terrible, unmanageable periods and I had half the haemoglobin I should have had). I let it go on much longer than I should have before visiting the doctor, so the more people talk about women's health, the more likely women will be comfortable going to doctors early on.
(editing to say I should have said this applies to all people with periods/a uterus, not just women and I should have made my language more inclusive)

Thank you for sharing. No one talks about this sort of thing. I have endometriosis and was almost ignored. For 13 years. I finally had a total hysterectomy at 44 and a half last August. FIbroids galore. It was not good. They left my ovaries for hormones. I had to have them removed two weeks ago. More scarring and endo found. Adhered to my bowl. Another big surgery. If you have endo and have the ovaries you can still grow more tissue. I wish I had been told before. I would have pushed for the radical hysterectomy not just the full. If I were 45 I would have had a radical. I am glad you are being looked after. I am thankful someone talks about these things. I know your surgery was not the same, but talking about women’s health is so rare. Thanks for sharing.
Jeeeez :( I’m so sorry you’ve had to go through all this. It’s infuriating how often women’s medical issues (especially related to period pain) are so often brushed aside and not taken seriously. I really hope you’re doing ok now and are healing well ❤️

I have endometriosis as well, and I am so sorry your condition has been mismanaged. It's unfortunately all too common, and frankly should be a medical scandal.
I am post hysterectomy and 5% of women who STILL continue to have Endometrial growths on my intestines and various parts of my abdomen. I have had two abdominal surgeries in 5 years to remove growths, that by the time they went in, said it was a close call, they were in bad shape and expected malignancy. Thankfully not and now on an Aromatace inhibitor. One downside to this are terrible leg cramps.
Your case sounds so similar to mine. As my surgeon told me, too many Ob/Gyns' focus is childbearing-related area. The rest is dissmissed and/or minimized. 2/3 of my almost 3 hour surgery to remove a tangerine-sized endometrioma that grew inside my left ovary was to unseal several organs fused together with endo tissue they found during the operation. He estimated years' worth.

Thank you for sharing this! My daughter lives there in Seoul and went to the gynecologist last week because of pain from a 5mm cyst. She’s had it for over 2 years and hasn’t bothered her to much till last week. We are waiting for results to what the doctor says to do next. So surgery might be an option for her as well. I’m so glad quarantine is lifted cause I might have to come be with her. She does have her boyfriend there which I’m thankful for. So I will share this video with her cause I know she’s scared. I’m 24 and from America, and the Gardasil vaccine was hugely controversial when it came out in America. There was a lot of smear campaigns against it about how if girls get it, they would become promiscuous and such. My mom didn’t allow me to get it as a child, but I’m happy to be getting it soon!!!!

Sorry hit the wrong button. On my ovaries which finialy at the age of 21 I had to have surgery. I lost half of my right ovary. I had a hard time getting pregnet. My doctor was not sure I would carry to full term but back pains, swelling and gaining 150 pounds we were blessed with a baby girl. I am very happy through all the pains and problems I am now 62 and I have not had to under go any more surgeries. My older sister at the age of 40 was riddled with cysits and everything had to be removed to save her life. She is on medications for the rest of her life and our younger sister and myself are so happy that the 3 of us are still here. My mum had those polyps removed like 4 times on top of suffering from insanely difficult periods for years. The polyps kept coming back every time. In the end she had her entire uterus removed and that definitely improved her life quality. And I bet she wishes she did it earlier as I said the periods were a nightmare

Also, uterus stuff is important and I also had my fair share of procedures (Implanting UTI and removing one broken one...) Stay healthy guys!
Oh and adding my experince: I also had to take that medication you took but i didnt feel anything. I also got my procedures awake in the office, but i am not the queezy type of person, it doesnt bother me much. The pain when my doctor was inserting the device thing to implant was sharp but it was over in like 5 minutes. Actually as bad as getting a piercing :)

The nurse in me wants to know all the meds you received during your recovery, especially with how goofy you felt afterwards 😂 Generally, at least in the US, you'd get Fentanyl, Morphine, or Dilaudid in recovery. It does make you feel super high afterwards though lol. I'm glad they didn't seem to make you sick, which is very common. FYI, if you didn't know this already, Misoprostol is the pill they use to cause miscarriage. So it would make since why your cramps were so bad, as that is exactly one of it's intended jobs.
Hope you are feeling better and this procedure helps get rid of your symptoms. Thank you for sharing such a personal topic. It was really informative and as women, I think reproductive health is something we don't talk about or know very much about, especially when it comes to anything that isn't considered "normal." So it's always nice when someone with a platform talks about their personal experiences with symptoms or procedures that the general public otherwise wouldn't be talking about.

@@2hearts1seoul WRT our shared procedure, I am absolutely fine. 😺It was about a decade ago and I've not shut up about it and related things since.Thanks to others' stories shared as you did, it made everything MUCH easier to process, prepare for and manage expectations, reduce anxiety, etc. 🥳 My one request/unsolicited recommendation is that you might consider adding procedure hashtags and even updating segment name with it and 'in South Korea' - if you feel comfortable. It's not clickbait, would pop up in searches and even result in growing your channel organically, i.e. because you NEVER post as attention-seeking. (Btw - based on his posts on CatBook - Beemo's very relieved, humble-bragging about his contribution to your recovery and proud of his Dad ... but kind of wishes he'd get more video time in general 🤣😍).
Our common 'thaing' happened to me about two years AFTER an endometrioma removal - entire left ovary w/fallopian tube where large tangerine-sized 'Beauford the Endometrioma' grew inside over several years, totally undetected by my obtuse ob/gyn who didn't even act on years of what was clearly advancing/excruciating endometrios. While 'in there' my surgeon spent additional 2 of 3 hrs surgery time removing overgrowth of endometrial tissue that fused most adjoining organs together (🤯). Beauford's discovery happened just a week after my annual exam [🤬]) That surgery also removed attached fallopian tube - the mindblowing pain (a mixed blessing) that landed me in the ER was Beauford flipping around and twisting the tube (🤯😖). In that more serious surgery's case one woman's detailed blog entry stood out because she covered everything from who should do surgery (oncological surgeon vs an Ob/Gyn), whom to call at the hospital to verify separate insurance coverage for many different people involved, etc., described EVERY detail - from physical sensations, foods after, body functions or moving, EVERYTHING... even avoiding watching comedies because laughter uses some muscles. (I blew that advice five days after surgery in first five minutes of 'Best In Show'!). Although alone but w/people a call away, it was being better informed about even minute sensations that made all the difference. I worship that gal! [I didn't even inform my parents about it until knowing post-op results in an email labeled 'Madame B-ovary'.] The comment section was as great. It included patients, doctors, pathologists, 'concerned others' trying to be best supporters and calm themselves/partners/friends/family members - EVERYONE (some totally unexpected). Your segment on your procedure is a must-watch for so many, not just women having this or similar/related surgeries..
I plan to write to you directly about about long-term prevention of other things, enteric enzyme Serrapeptase, common genetic anomaly MTHFR, and other things. We/our bodies are so complex and are pre-equipped with featues that need maintenance whether we ever use them or not. My own experience led me to learn about so many things which, not surprisingly, helped in totally unexpected ways wrt my own health but also others. (I guess a form of 'paying it forward' to more than just women in these situations, but to concerned partners and friends ... and even our brilliant mind-reader fur-babies 🥰).
Thank you so much for posting this. I recently had a similar experience having to have my IUD removed because it had moved up and twisted in my uterus. I know that the US and Korea have slightly different medical services, but much of your and my experience was the same (including how I felt immediately afterwards, the pain levels, the way the painkillers made me feel, and recovery). I REALLY wish there had been more videos of personal experiences out there like this, that didn't shy away from talking about reproductive health in the most honest and blatant terms. Also appreciate these videos from other people who are childfree; that information about polyps was very helpful!

It's so important to talk about these problems and procedures as it makes it normal to talk about common things that you may have to go through. I had to have a LEEP removal and recovery took about a month and for me it was the scariest thing on the planet to go through. Not many people talk about it and im glad you talked about your health problems. 😀 Hope you have an amazing recovery ❤️

Answer to your question Sarah, I had major fibroids, leading to a partial hysterectomy 13 years ago. When I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer 10 years ago, and went in for cancer surgery, they took my ovaries at that time as well-genetic reasons. I love not having monthly visits anymore. 😉

Most everyone has gone through something in their lifetime, but what you’ve shared here in the vlog is something that will definitely help many girls out there. And Kyuho’s understanding and treatment of you post surgery is another takeaway, as to how important love and support are. My husband was my rock. He took 3 months off from work to help me after my 3 major surgeries over the span of 3 months. He did and saw things that no husband should ever have to (TMI/LOL), and never complained once. I will take care of my husband until the day I die. 🥰

Also thank you for recommending the HPV vaccine and informing me it’s for under 45’s now. I was told I had traces of HPV when I had a colposcopy 10 years ago. It’s gone now but I’m going to call my GP about the vaccine!

I had this procedure 15 or so years ago. It was done in the gynecologist’s surgical room. At the time he was the only Dr. licensed to do it in his practice in the state of Washington. So just a local injection for anesthesia. It was painful, but I had already had two babies so in the scheme of things it wasn’t horrible. I had two polyps removed at that time. Recovery was quick, back to work in a couple days and on with life! This was a valuable video Sarah. It helps to normalize women’s healthcare and take the taboo off the subject. And it showed the importance of the support of your partner. Thank you!
So glad the polyp was found/removed. And, your doing good. I've got a cyst on my left ovary but, since I don't plan to have children, my doctor is leaving it there. Hope you're feeling better Sarah! I have a lot of anxiety particularly health related too. Something I heard once that was really helpful for me is no matter how fast you feel your heart beating when you're anxious, remember that there are athletes and marathon runners whose hearts beat for much faster and much longer periods of time and they're totally ok!

Hi guys, I'm so happy you're recovering so fast from your surgery, Sarah! This was definitely not TMI and something we should talk about more (with women and men). Also, do you know where I might be able to read about this new HPV vaccine more? I haven't had mine and asked my doctor about it coincidentally a few months ago, and they said that because I'm both too old and have been sexually active the vaccine won't be effective for me anymore. So there was no use for me to get it basically, which made me very uneasy. I'd love to have the precaution actually. If you’re under 45, whether you’re sexually active or not, it’s definitely NOT ‘not effective’ for you-I think your doctor is still going by the very outdated guidelines when the first ‘Gardasil 4’ vaccine came out the in early-mid 2000s. I’d definitely ask your doctor more questions about it, or go to another doctor if they keep insisting it wont be helpful for you :)

Hi! I’m also from the Netherlands. I never got the vaccine when I was younger, so I actually asked my GP (huisarts) to prescribe it to me. I’m 23 and the doctor did have it to me, it’s not covered by your insurance so you have to pay for it yourself. It’s three shots done within 6 months, I had to pay around 160-170 € for each. I know the GPs in the Netherlands can be stubborn about prescribing stuff, but if you push them you can get it.

I had a Cervical Cancer related scare about 5 years ago. Basically, I had stage 3 pre-cancerous lesions on my cervix.
long story short, I previously had crappy doctors that wouldn't give me pap smears, so things started going awry down there and my current GP asked me when the last time I had a pap smear, and I said I had never had one.
I ended up having one, and they found precancerous lesions.
it was a scary experience. Some of the doctors I had were horrible and were trying to push me to have a Mirena put in whilst I was having the procedure to remove the lesions as if they were Mirena sales people who get a special bonus commission for selling it or something. I ended up making a complaint to the hospital board.
The procedure itself went off without a hitch. I opted for general anaesthetic. and have had clean bill of health on that side of things since.
Jeeeez, stuff like this makes me so mad. Preventive screening like pap smears are so incredibly important, and it’s crazy that you were denied this by your doctors. So glad to hear your procedure went well!

I feel you! I had a cervical curette a few years back for abnormal bleeding/cramps + a thick womb lining. having an operation made my life sooooo much better!!!! I hope that you have a speedy recovery and enjoy A LOT less cramping and random bleeding. 🙏❤️❤️❤️

I go for a uterine biopsy (done similarly to your procedure, down to the medicine to open up my cervix for the probe) in a couple of weeks, in preparation for my upcoming partial hysterectomy. My uterine fibroids are now so big that my uterus is the size of someone 20 weeks pregnant. Our uteruses can give us so many issues. Glad your procedure went well!

Had a hysteroscopy 2 weeks ago to make sure everything was good to go for our embryo transfer (my husband and I are currently going through IVF) they found lots of polyps in my uterus, so I am scheduled for a hysteroscopy polypectomy on Wednesday. So great to see that the healing process for you wasn’t bad! Makes me feel a lot better about the pain! Thank you for sharing your experience!

I was completely freaked out before going in for the surgery since I didn't know what to expect, but thankfully my experience was a good one like yours. Very sweet hospital staff, full sedation, and quick healing. I had symptoms similar to yours and don't regret for a minute that I decided to go through with the procedure (like you, I also do not want children). I'm also lucky to have a sweet and supporting husband who sat and waited just like Kyuho :)

I had a procedure called the D&C in the US where they removed a polyp too. Very different experience. Didn’t get the pill you had pre-surgery. 🤨 I was under general anesthesia so that was nice ☺️ no amino IV and as soon as I came to, I was told I could leave. No 3 hour post surgery monitoring. I took Gardasil in my early 30s so glad I did that. I’m in my mid-40s now in perimenopause. Never had kids and don’t plan to. I also learned coming out of this experience that vitamin D deficiency can cause fibroids which is another uterine issue many women face. So for anyone reading, please take Vitamin D if you’re deficient. Thanks for sharing your experience. 🤗
I had one done 3 years after my son was born because I was having heavy period with terrible pain. Post op was 1/2 sent me home. I started bleeding so bad that evening and had to went back in two days after. No after care whatsoever. He gave me pills to stop the bleeding and I almost killed myself. Thank God I was so aware of myself. I was done with him after that.

She too had a hysterectomy due to fibroids and as we were comparing notes, the one common thing we both wished we knew earlier in our 30s was that Vit. D deficiency caused fibroids. That was the one advice we said we would give anyone younger and I definitely wasn’t expecting to share it in a RUclips comment but here we are. 🤣

@@therabbitcook So correct. Everyone wants to fix you in 5 mins with a ton of meds. No one takes the time to find out what is really wrong. It took me about 5 years after my son was born to finally have normal periods. I was able to find a doctor who listen and took me seriously.
I discovered a fibroid during my routine Pap smear check few weeks ago and also got an abnormal Pap smear result. Hence I am keeping my hopes up that I don’t have any serious condition. However, eventually I will be removing the fibroid. It is also called a D&C procedure, just like how they did abortion. Thanks for sharing this video. Being a woman ain’t easy with all these gynaecological problems 😌

Hey guys, I am glad to hear you had a good experience and that you're okay. I was supposed to get a hysteroscopy (in the UK), as I most likely have the endometriosis, which results in extreme pains, but when the doctor said I would be awake and to take paracetamol for pain beforehand, I said no thank you. I manage my symptoms more or less with the mini pill and with painkillers when needed and when we visit our family in Poland I get checked out by the gynaecologist. I used to have polyps around my ovaries, but they disappeared at some point. It's crazy to think what's going on in our bodies at times.
Very brave of you to put this out there. Obviously never going to happen to me, but great to have this info around in case the wifey or my sister or mom happens to have the same symptoms. Thank you! And have a good week guys!

You can definitely get it! Under 26 is the ‘old guideline’, but it’s now recommended for both men and women 45 and under 💪

Growing up, we did have the Gardasil vaccine in the states but it was also over-shadowed by a different (earlier) cervical cancer vaccine that had some serious side-effects and ended up getting lots of lawsuits directed towards it since it did not provide any true coverage. So people my age, who are a bit older now, ended up not getting any coverage for HPV since there was distrust with those type of vaccines at that time. Your video is having my look into the Gardasil 9 vaccine and hopefully schedule that with my health provider. Thank you for being so candid and I was very much able to relate to your pains.
I had to get a colposcopy and a LEEP procedure last year. I understand what you're going through and recovery from those was weird. You really want to take the whole two weeks to recover, even if you think you're feeling 100%. Great video, thanks for talking about these kinds of issues and I hope you're doing much better!

I had surgery two weeks ago and I had to be conscious for it 😭I could feel them stretching my skin to clamp it open and the heat of the electrocautery tool and it was soooo weird. I'm a very anxious person, as Sarah can relate, and I was not about that! 👀I got my HPV shots this year as well, as an awkwardly aged person in their 30's 😛Glad you survived your surgery and are recovering well 🤗

In my country we do have great doctors but the hospital hygiene is what scares me the most and unfortunately it's been like this for years! I got my HPV Vax when I was 21 or 12years ago. It wasn’t as popular that time but my Gynecologist really recommended it to me because I was bleeding alot that time and just for protection too..

Thank you for sharing. I had to have this last year then some more procedures. I was in S. Korea Oct90- Feb92. I understand being in a different county when having any Medical stuff. Thankful to hear that the doctor and staff were helpful. You are not old. I am 60. Thank you both for sharing and showing others how S.Korea is today. Thank you for sharing about this, it is so needed. I'm impressed that Kyuho was so matter of fact. Beemo knew mom wasn't feeling good. ❤ You and Kyuho have a wonderful dynamic together. It seems like Korea is way more advanced. I had to have a complete Hysterectomy before doctors really knew how to handle this. I continue to grow nodules (just under the size to be called a tumor) on my intestines and in various parts of my abdomen. Given my own family medical history, I have to be monitored that they stay benign and have had two abdominal surgeries to remove growths that the doctors expected malignancy. I also now take an Aromatace inhibitor to slow any growths and hopefully stop new growths. We women need to talk about and share these things with each other more. Thank you again for sharing!
Sarah, I am happy that you are doing well after the surgery. Thank you for sharing this information. Your video brought back memories of my medical procedure, which to stood place years ago. Unfortunately, my procedure did not go well, and the aftermath was horrible. Prior to the procedure, I had limited information to review and my surgeon was not forthright with my husband and I about the pros and cons of the surgery. Hopefully this information will help others who may face a similar situation in the future. I do believe that information can be powerful. Also, it is important that we are advocates for our heath.

I got a sonogram done a month or so ago and there's something in my uterus as well, I suspect it's a polyp as well, in a few days I have an appointment with my doctor and I think I'll have to get this procedure done. It's really comforting to be able to have someone I can relate to because not many people talk about this and it's crucial we know what we could be dealing with. I don't feel so scared anymore if they tell me I have to have a hysteroscopy cause now I know a little bit more about it thanks to you. I hope your results for the biopsy are good! I wanted to add - right before covid kicked off, my mum had surgery to remove cancerous tumors in her uterus. I’m grateful that I was able to be there for her, and that the health system here in Australia was pretty quick to get her in (6 weeks from initial testing due to symptoms and then the surgery - and over Christmas/New Years!). My sister and I will need checks too as there is a family history with uterine cancer. A working health care system makes all the difference

The minute I saw the title My heart skipped a beat and got scared, I’m so genuinely relieved to see that everything went well. Kudos to Kyuho for being so supportive, I was counting how many times he said “ don’t worry about it”, that’s the real essence of good relationship to be there for the other person even if we can’t do much to help with their pain, the support is all that matters. Glad everything turned out ok! That’s awesome they allowed you to go under for the procedure. Here in the states they don’t give that option. At least they never have for me. I had a colposcopy (twice) while wide awake. So excruciatingly painful. And they did my LEEP surgeries as well without putting me under. They said “oh, you’ll just feel some cramping.” No, it feels like they’re ripping your organs out. I also got the gardasil vaccine, just in case. I’m glad you made this video. I’ve heard it’s VERY painful to do it awake, but they always say “You should just feel uncomfortable-some light cramping”. Bullshit 🤬 I hate how so little concern goes into pain management for ‘women procedures’. I’ve had people in my life have similar procedures done awake in Canada and they said it was excruciating. If at all possible, I hope if anyone needs this procedure, and their doctor doesn’t offer IV sedation, they can go to another doctors.
