    Fish Stew is very healthy and delicious recipe at the same time. It is a perfect recipe for the fish lovers and gym goers.
    Ingredients:
    1. 2 Pieces Rohu Fish (Any fish of your choice)
    2. 1 Carrot, 5-6 Beans, 1/2 Cup Green Peas, 1 Tomato (Seasonal Vegetables you like)
    3. 2 tablespoon mustard oil (Oil of your choice)
    4. 1 tablespoon sugar
    5. 1 tablespoon corn flour or rice flour
    7. Salt to taste
    8. 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
    9. 1 green chilly
    10. 2 green cardamoms
    11. 2 cloves
    12. 1 stick of cinnamon
    13. Bay leaves
    14. 1 tablespoon Ghee
    15. 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
