As someone who works from home, I love the built-in desk. I usually dislike lofts for sleeping but this one doesn't look so bad. I like that it's lower and seems to have more headroom than most lofts I've seen.
Hi there! We failed to mention that the loft can double as a secondary sleeping area given the downstairs area has ample room for both a couch and a bed area.
In the loft a twin bed bed will fit, also the downstairs is meant to accommodate a sleeping area as well. We may build larger versions in the future, tbd!

What size bed will fit into the loft area? Will there be bigger sizes as well? Like 28 ft 30 ft

This is a great design. I do crafts, so the built-in desk is a bonus. I like having a larger kitchen. Question: will there be washer/dryer space?
