I've looked at so many videos and been ready to pull my hair out with all the little ways they got to do it and it never works on mine. And I can't find information for any kind of help with my Della split unit. I keep hitting on mine and rolling on it while I'm sleeping and then the cat walks on it and it messes up every time. For the newer models just hold down mode and the top arrow button for 5 seconds it should do a similar action as seen in the video.
