The apartment we are proposing is a unique property situated inside a castle, Castello Franceschelli. The name of the castle originates from the noble family that owned it from 1686 onwards, namely the Franceschelli Barons.
Nowadays the castle is divided in eight different portions and one is on the market.
The walls of the castle are completely made of stone, the building is surrounded by boundary walls that are entered through a drawbridge situated on the southern part of the building.
Here a gate opens on a outdoor staircase made of stone that reaches a large terrace floor with a wonderful panoramic view.

This large, elegant room avails of three windows. Next to the living room we find a characterful kitchen of approximately 25 sqm, with high vaulted ceilings and a large cozy fireplace.
These two large rooms are situated exactly in the center of the apartment.
