• Closing thoughts:
o On wrist - Nice, dialed-in proportions, great for a versatile everyday wear, the uniquely sculpted mid-case profile wears well and is a nice nod to classic Bremont silhouettes
o Model Variants - Check site links for current options, availability, and pricing
o Comparable models - In the under $1000 price range, the competition among fellow microbrands is tougher than ever and an immediate comparable that comes to mind is the Trask Commuter 38 with similar specs in terms of movement and hard coating and general features, while the Element adds niceties such as double the Water Resistance, an applied logo, slightly tighter timing tolerances, and generally more complex details for an overall more dynamic look
o Bottom-line - Beaucroft have absolutely brought-it with their Element line, this thing is super impressive and if you like the design, you absolutely will NOT be let down by the high-level of execution

Thank you for a super showcase of our new watch Mark! We loved seeing all the details you pulled out 😊🤜🤛
My pleasure!!
As I've just posted separately, this is my most anticipated release of this year...just hope it'll be available again soon, and that personal circumstances finally allow me to (pre)order.
Cracking work chaps 👌🏻👏🏻
Just watched review, love it. I'm in Australia when are these available to purchase
Beautiful watch! The hardness coating is a lifesaver, I’ve had my Traska for a while and there are absolutely 0 scratches
SOLD. Beautiful piece. If the text was white, it might blend into the dial more. Still, I like all the features it has for the price.
Gorgeous watch. The design language of the hands + dial is superb. The way the length of the hour, minute hands interact with the applied markers and especially the second hand with its little lume dot completing the marker. I love the fact they've used the case hardening process. Rolex goes the other direction and opts for 904L which might be a tiny bit more shiny but scratches up just by looking at it. The case hardening means it won't scratch, but it's also extremely difficult to polish. Since almost nobody ever polishes their watch unless they're trying to sell a well-used beater... I think it's the right choice. It also means they MUST get the chamfering right. So many microbrands skimp on this and require a bit of post-purchase sanding of the edges to feel right. This looks very well executed. Personally not a huge fan of the overly long buckle, but they do wear well regardless. I'm surprised it's so thick given the use of the 9039. I suspect they just chose to add a nice chonky caseback with engraving to hide the otherwise stock movement, rather than spend extra (expensive) effort decorating that. Even tho even a stock 9039 has nice perlaged bridges. All it really needs is a nice rotor. Also, I haven't had a single 9000 series movement that falls outside the 10s error. Even my "worst" one only has a 10s difference between positions. That is a great platform. Great macro shots, showcasing the excellent finish on this piece. I'll keep my eye on these guys!
Beautiful watch but I'd love to see the G&T (green) version to see if it looks as great in the light as this one does.
Your photography shows off this one so well. Appreciate your reviews, Mark.
I also prefer 38 case size with 44 lug to lug. This watch is nice overall. Good review.
I like how the dial turns into the chapter ring. Don't see that very often.
I was all geared up to pre-order this one (both times it was available) and personal circumstances kicked me in the balls both times. Gutted as this is my most anticipated watch of 2025.
Even worse, i wanted the G&T which won't now be available without a trip to Cambridge!
Anyway, enough of my first world problems...great review of an absolutely stunning looking piece 👌🏻😍
Love the new intro! 💪
Very nice watch with amazing specsheet. The sidecut reminds me the jack mason canton watch witch I like also
Oof. It’ll be hard to not pick up one of these. Beautiful.
From the initial spec screen, I thought, "about $500"
Then you started talking.
Me: "ok, probably about $600"
Then you kept talking.
Me: "wow, probably $7-800"
Then you kept talking.
Me: "alright, this is selling for just shy of $1,000"
Then you said the price. I'm stunned.
Looks like a homage to the Casio Oceanus light blue variant.
I'm a huge fan of pin+collar, myself. They are machined to incredible tolerance and precision. (unlike those hairpin things, those are a scourge). Enthusiasts love screw-in bracelet pins but what screws in, can fall out, and overly-enthusiastic noobs brandishing the Wrong Screwdriver is a recipe for irreversibly gnarled scew heads and possibly the bracelet, too. Unless you're sharing the watch with your entire family or dorm, you'll probably resize it a maximum of twice. Then forget about the pins, the aren't going anywhere.
I like the overall style. Would have preferred a little smaller, 38.5mm say. Pretty good specs, wouldn't say it has it all though. Some higher anti-magnetic protection via an iron cage for example would be nice,. Even better, some kind of movement shock protection via rubber/elastic gaskets like Seaholm and other brands use would truly make it a gada.
I like it
Looks like a longines to me, nice looking watch.
yup. longines conquest.
I'd love to see this compared to the traska commuter or summiteer
800euros?
The Miyota 9039 costs roughly 100euros.
Where did the rest of the value go.
What I see here,is a beautiful 250euro watch.
Is that because of VAT? I preordered one and it was $550 USD total, which is probably like 500 eur or something like that
I think you pronounced the name incorrectly. Said bo croft
I think you're right, I'll get it on the next one, as I'm certain this brand is one, I'll be keeping my eye on in the future, cheers!
@ Keep up the great work. You are one of my favourite reviewers 👍
@@joshprice333 thank you so much for all of your support 🙏
Move production to San Martin and sell for $379.
Losing the ugly SM logo is worth a couple hundred easy tho.
@@TheFragrantClerk British design and assembly is worth extra as well
I’ll just never 100% get behind watch brands that don’t use their name with the logo.
Well that’s silly!
@@TheFragrantClerk Nope, it’s a preference for basic watches. Maybe if it’s full of complications or a busy dial I understand. For example CW Bel Canto. But if it’s a 3 hander or GMT for example, just a logo is unusual and most likely the brand not wanting to put their name for some reason.
@@ronb4115Well, This watch does say Beaucroft on it actually. But it is in an unusual location where there is traditionally a listing of features. I’d say that a sparse wording on a dial lends an air of functionality.
@@TheFragrantClerk Dude I completely missed the Beaucroft on the dial! Now I feel silly regarding this brand lol.
Looks like a copy of the Nodus Sport glacial.
Should be 904L at that price
Would kind of defeat the purpose considering 904L is softer than 316L and its main advantage is corrosion resistance and with the hard coating on top, it already seals the metal from the elements.
lol no
Boring af
I thought the same thing.
@ if it was $400 it might be slightly less boring 😄
