Back in the 80's i wasn't afraid of being arrested. I was afraid of the police telling my parents what I did. That kept me out of a lot of trouble.

Yes. Run from the police. Do not talk to them, look at them, or smell them... get a attorney if they have any questions. Use your constitutional rights, if it was still a thing.

Blowing thru the docket fast and going happy hour is why the prosecutors don't ask for holds and high bonds. They don't want to explain to a judge why this ought be . Pure laziness

I did not interpret the judge is saying you should run from the police. Sounds like he was saying making yourself scarce from the police not wanting anything to do with the police is the right thing to do. And if they read the entire context of his word I think we would have a clear picture.

The prosecutors are not asking for holds or bonds. For violent offenses then they point fingers. Court transcripts exist

He commits adult crime he should be charged as a adult. Sad but the community will call it racist if you lock him up . Because he agreed is the problem.

Absolutely right! What about the 5 teenagers who beat that poor girl on the Metro bus a few weeks ago. They booked them in and then let them go!

Some of these juveniles aren’t the only ones that need to be held accountable. I wonder what this guy would say about these cops who keep doing the same criminal actions over and over again?

This is nothing more than a hit piece on the judge because charges were dropped. And if you look at some of the other information online you’ll see why the charges were dropped. The cops claim that they just basically knew the kid so they knew he had some kind of a juvenile detainer/warrant. That wasn’t determined until later. The judge determined that they had No reason to stop the kid in the first place and that his fourth amendment rights have been violated. That’s why the charges were dropped.

If you’re a Judge and let a violent criminal out then you should be held accountable!! It doesn’t matter if they’re juveniles or adults YOU cannot advise them to run from police unless you want to get them hurt or even killed!! Ridiculous and dangerous behavior have no place in the legal system especially a judge!

Fop guy. Lazy and makes excuses. Lucky cpd even gets any arrest. They take forever to respond. Cpd often loafs, hides behind buildings, eats food and goofs off. Hours on end. Not just taking lunch. Hours and hours CPD cars hide behind old factories. Etc. @wcpo9
