I've watched most of these, so many favorites like; AOT, JJK, Tokyo ghoul, demon slayer, haikyuu, kuroko no basket etc. I think jjk is a good start but I really want to see you watch AOT first

For me, you should start jjk or aot for a newbie
My fave are One Piece, Fairy Tail, Haikyuu, Prince of Tennis, Daiya, Tensura, Assassination classroom, HxH and Tokyo Ghoul... I love the promised neverland too but it's more of the manga cause the second season were messed up, I would have recommended it to you otherwise.

You should definitely try ATTACK ON TITAN and JUJUTSU KAISEN. I feel like maybe you can start with AOT and then move to JJK
From what I've seen I personally really like AOT and Evangelion (as I've seen like 2 seconds of it in one of the edits, it's fair game ig haha)
But my one and absolute favorite is Mo Dao Zu Shi (Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation), which is actually a chinese animation, so it's called donghua - and it's actually based on the novel, from which The Untamed came as well :) I swear you've got to check it out. The animation itself, the music, the openings and endings - INSANE. Never've seen anything more gorgeous in my entire life.
