I personally think Usopp's weaker than Nami and that's not because of his fighting prowess, it's because he's lacking bravery. If Usopp was brave enough and remain calm to think in tough situations he would be even higher than Chopper.

Also if he could learn armament haki and embue it into his ammo he could actually have some firepower and not just utility and tricks as most of his attacks slow down, distract or immobilize his enemies but none of them hit very hard so armament haki could make his attacks have enough of a punch to them where if aimed properly they could do some decent damage to yonko commander level enemies with some teamwork. He could be much better than he is, like I was a bit disappointed that he didn't improve that much post time skip as he is still a coward and doesn't have any strong attacks, just utility that he doesn't even use half the time as he often lets others do the fighting which does get frustrating.

Chopper This is how I would rank them, Franky and Brook are interchangeable imo but I think robin is above them because of her devil fruit awakening. I put nami as the strongest of the "weak" trio (I don't really think they are weak at this point just the weakest in a yonko's core crew) because Zues has made a huge upgrade to her attack power and even gives her access to armament haki because Zues has it, it doesn't matter that it's not technically her own power because she has it at her disposal. The rest of the Crew I don't feel need explaining for their rankings.
All and all I'd agree with your list but imo Ussop shouldn't be on 10. But I won't blame you because he's always scared everytime there's a big fight but he's capable more and I think he doesn't know that himself. If you remember Ussop vs Luffy tho, if he fights like he did against Luffy til now I'd say he would rank atleast higher than Chopper. Usopp made Nami’s device. So, if you take away her device, she isn’t much in terms of battle. If you take away Usopp’s weapon it would be a battle of wits (he’s pretty smart). I also believe Usopp still has a bit more to offer considering he did make her weapon…meaning, he could still make other weapons. Both are smart in their own way, but Usopp’s technique is less reiterative. So, I still believe he ranks a 9 and Nami a 10.

This is how I would rank them, Franky and Brook are interchangeable imo but I think robin is above them because of her devil fruit awakening.
I put nami as the strongest of the "weak" trio (I don't really think they are weak at this point just the weakest in a yonko's core crew) because Zues has made a huge upgrade to her attack power and even gives her access to armament haki because Zues has it, it doesn't matter that it's not technically her own power because she has it at her disposal.
The rest of the Crew I don't feel need explaining for their rankings.

All and all I'd agree with your list but imo Ussop shouldn't be on 10. But I won't blame you because he's always scared everytime there's a big fight but he's capable more and I think he doesn't know that himself. If you remember Ussop vs Luffy tho, if he fights like he did against Luffy til now I'd say he would rank atleast higher than Chopper. Also if he learns how to use and imbue buso haki to his bullets he would rank even higher. The only thing that holds him back to reach his full potential is his weak mentality, insecurities and lacks of maturity that's all.

Usopp made Nami’s device. So, if you take away her device, she isn’t much in terms of battle. If you take away Usopp’s weapon it would be a battle of wits (he’s pretty smart). I also believe Usopp still has a bit more to offer considering he did make her weapon…meaning, he could still make other weapons. Both are smart in their own way, but Usopp’s technique is less reiterative. So, I still believe he ranks a 9 and Nami a 10.
Based on feats against tobbi roppo, i'd say it's more like:

Every straw hat can fight the one above them and out of 10 win at least 3 or 4 times out of 10. Meaning all the fights are mid to high diff in the higher straw hats favor for example, *X strawhat* (4) can fight and keep up with *Y strawhat* (3) but they lose more than they win in a mid to high diff fight.

2, Zoro - the vice captain of the crew and is pretty equal to sanji, but zoro has the slight upper hand. and zoro and sanji have been called the wings of the future pirate king,

3, Sanji - is the cook of the crew, his fierce kicks, speed is very fast, why?, because, when he was fighting queen, which has future sight, queen didn't even see where the attack came from, which says alot about how fast he is and his agility has been shown to be the best in the series, all of these feats makes him the 3rd strongest
4, Jimbei - bro is a former warlord and is the helmsman of the crew, I don't have much to say about jimbei but if u watch the series he is strong,
5, Franky - his iron skin and cyborg abilities makes him the 5th strongest,
6, Robin - i put robin in 6th place is because, i don't think she can break through general frankys iron skin
