I’m going to ask you a question I joined the Air Force 1978 in 79 I had lumbar spine injury had X-rays and medication light duty for a couple years got out 1992 honorable discharge with the SSB $30,000 had lower back problems eight months after being discharged had a medical exam in 2006 I filed for low back was denied appealed with up to the law judge died had to file for Social Security 2006 2008 going to the VA low back problems 20 years later at 80% I filed TDIU sent me to C&P exam The examiner said we have found your x-ray for 1979 on your lower back which service connects you I had an intent file in. It’s been a year and a few months and I haven’t heard anything, but I was wondering what my date would be on that. I might need some help.

Is PTSD considered a Trauma Brain injury? I’m asking for my husband.

@pl it can be, but PTSD is on a worse level. Although I am a subscriber to his channel, it costs you money to speak with him. (an attorney) look to the DAV, they will help you for free, not like an ambulance chaser that you have to pay. I'm sure he will now block me from commenting, however....I will save him the time, and unsubscribe. DAV will help you.

QUESTION: So if I filed a claim after Aug 10, 2022, let’s say Aug 3, 2023, and some of the conditions claimed fall under the PACT Act presumptive AND the claim is approved/ granted, are you saying the EFFECTIVE DATE will then be Aug 2022 instead of the actual intent to file date of Aug 2023? Which means I will receive backpay back to the EFFECTIVE DATE of Aug 2022 instead of the intent to file date of Aug 3, 2023?! APTTMHY

My ex husbands military health records are missing 2 important injuries while on active duty 1973 to 1976. A dislocated shoulder and ankle injury that I witnessed. Is a C file more than medical records, DD214, duty stations etc?

I helped my ex husband just recently get approved for 80% service connected disability. I originally filed an intent to file April 2021. Was working on it Dec 2021 to get things submitted but had 3 months worth of IT errors to do so on the VA site. I have trouble ticket emails. I ran out of time for the 12 month filing and filed a new intent April 2022 that got approved. Do you know how to get that extra year retro back as effective date?

I'd like a video about DIC compensation or DIC lump sum for deceased vets of WW2 and Korea. I just got my dads military records and found that he had a heart attack on active duty in 1958. Was on a disabled list but left active duty a couple years later. He died 1971 ( I was 13) of his 7th heart attack 😢. I know he either wasn't collecting VA benefits or if so, maybe 10%. I think my mom got a minimal VA pension that I think was the income based, if so. Is this something to pursue on his behalf? Just wondering why he didnt get anything.
