Maybe I’m overthinking but I believe there’s more than just a psychological/scientific reason behind dreams. Sometimes God gives us dreams to open up our eyes on certain situations in our lives that have passed, are current or will happen. I’ve personally experienced it so that’s why I believe it. And honestly I believe the devil sometimes gives us dreams to throw us off because sometimes I dream about things that are farrrrrrrrrr from my mind and had me troubled once I dreamt about it. Dreaming about an ex is not necessarily a bad thing whether it includes sex or not. It could be that deep inside there's still unfinished business even though you're no longer together. There might be situations you couldn't - and still can't - figure out, answers you didn't get, or unsaid things and in the back of your mind, you're still (subconsciously) trying to get explanations.

Psychology views dreams as not a definite science... There are many explanations e.g. it's the subconscious, but none of them are an ACTUAL explanations, just guesses. Different cultures interpret dreams differently, especially dreams to do with intimacy.

I really appreciate the peaceful space Adrienne speaks from now since her engagement and getting married. Women go through so much in relationships and to be able to find what she wanted/needed from a man to have a healthy relationship it's so refreshing.
Dreaming about an ex is not necessarily a bad thing whether it includes sex or not. It could be that deep inside there's still unfinished business even though you're no longer together. There might be situations you couldn't - and still can't - figure out, answers you didn't get, or unsaid things and in the back of your mind, you're still (subconsciously) trying to get explanations.

Psychology has many theories as far as dreams go. The idea that dreams come from our subconscious is from Freud, who has had almost all of his theories disproven. Some psychologists believe it helps with problem solving, and some believe what Jeannie said. That it is just random neurons firing and your brain trying to make sense out of it by weaving a story around it, using things you saw in the day earlier or from your life, be it yesterday or 2 years ago. Also, why was Tamera so confused? Can they please start having meetings where they explain the topics to them so we dont have to watch this mess unfold every other topic? Lmao

I don't know how they completely jump shipped to solely sex but I agree with what Jeannie is saying. Sometimes you just dream or say things for no particular reason. I think sometimes it can be a subconscious thing, but it can also just be random.

I feel like dreams don't always mean what they see, which is kinda obvious, for example if I had a dream of a friend killing me that doesn't necessarily mean I'm scared my friend is going to kill me. So when dreaming of an ex it could just be symbolic for something else like Tam said missing something in your current relationship that was present in your past relationship
