These guys are my favorite hair metal band because they manage to get a very rich sound without relying to heavily on the bloated production techniques of the 80s. It’s just solid musicianship and songwriting.
I just watched an interview where BS states that this was that one most special song and he never understood why it wasn't a huge hit. You can see here how much he enjoys playing it. I esp like PG's melancholic sounding guitar melodies in this song.

This song sounds a lot better tuned down slightly. Just wish that Eric wasn't so abrasive on his opening instead of the softer "Heeey" he did on the record and in earlier tours.
