My camera is TERRIBLE!!! I'm sooo disappointed- as it's actually the MOST important thing for me (over battery, memory, etc.). I see so many reviews/comments that the Stylo 4 has a great camera. Could I have gotten one w/a dud camera? Nothing is sharp- most pics are not well focused. Any suggestions?!

Same here. Pictures meh but the audio for the camera is so tinny. Anyone know of some applications that will fix the audio? I found applications to fix the rest of the audio on the phone but not the camera.

Maybe you have a virus, because my phone had a virus I went back to metro pcs and they had to erase everything in order to refresh and clean your phone.
Try cleaning the camera mine was bad but I cleaned the camera and it works great now

My camera sucks too. But keep in mind that the selfie camera has 5 mega pixels and the main camera has 16 mega pixels. Most budget or mid tier phones have 30 - 40 ish megapixels. Im gonna get the Galaxy A51 because it's a super good phone that only costs about 300$

You can also take a selfie with the fingerprint scanner. But in order to do so you go to settings, general, shorcut keys, and enable it it was in tab view not list view.

hey you do know if the phone can record in 1080p at 60 frames per second? if it can't then I'm going with the Moto Z3 but i'm hoping the Stylo 4 can because it's a bit cheaper than the Moto z3 all I want is able to record at 1080p/60fps

I don't have the option of steady recording. How's that possible? I have Boost Mobile. It can't be that different than Metro PCS. This is ridiculous.

Have you heard of the lg share feature. You can basically “ air drop” a multi media to your computer and I think other lg devices. I saw this in the lg website and I was wondering if you could do a video about it

I am having the same issue. These options are not on my version of Stylo 4 from Metro PCS. Bummer!

Sadly, there is no such option under the settings on my phone! I bought my phone at Best Buy unlocked with 3 gigabytes of RAM and 32GB of ROM for Straight Talk usage here in Wyoming.
I noticed it on some of the other options on your phone, we're also not present under the settings in camera for my phone.
Could these options be found in another location under the general settings button?
I actually have the same problem. A lot of these settings are no where in my camera options. Hmm!!

My camera is blurry sometimes it will take okay pictures but most of the time it's blurry and I can't take good pictures at all I need to submit my coins and put stuff on eBay and I cannot do it any suggestions
a fun find with the signature feature, it picks up any custom fonts you have downloaded from the shop too.

The stylo 4 and 5 front facing camera sucks really bad you have to have mad light in order to see yourself or to even get a good dam picture. If I had known the camera was this bad I wouldn't have purchased it.

Help needed -The screen wakes up the moment i take out the stylus. So can not use taking notes with screen off feature. Very irritating. How can i disable screen wake up while taking out the stylus.

Is there a way to keep the video recording continuously? I set my phone up last night and it did record for 6 hours, but today it keeps stopping
That is because your internal storage and/or external memory card (if equip) is very low on free space. Your phone or recording devices can only continuously record for the amount of data is available.
You can upload the recording to a cloud base storage or to another device to save that recording then delete the recording on the device thats being used to record.
Be sure to remove it from the trash bin also. Then you can record again with the available data.
Another option is to get a memory card that has a lot of gigs like a 250g card and select the setting to save the recordings to the external memory.
I know this question is almost a year old but no one answered it for anyone with the same question. By the way it is against the law to record someone ingaged in a sexual act....just incase this person or others try to hide a device to record someone unknowingly in a vulnerable situation.

When you have the camera open, if you hold the up or down volume button, it will begin taking rapid photos until you release the down volume button.

no manual camera features right ? they purposefully disabled camera 2 api so shutter speed is slow and no manual focus.

Check out the otter box case for the LG Stylo 4. It offers protection and amplifies the sound md. Same for the tech 21 case. I’m going with tech 21 because it’s thinner and also offers a same brand screen protector but you do you

So LG put all the good features into the metro pcs version. There's NO steady record on the Virgin Mobile version of this phone. I hate LG. Samsung would've put the same phone out on all carriers.

Ya fuck Virgin Mobile . I have them and they are now terrible . They used to be good .but I can attest 5o this that none of this is included with the Stylo with virgin mobile.neithr is facial recognition ..

Flipping the words on his camera (or in a picture) was VERY helpful. He didn't say this, but I saw that it also flips the words while taking a video so the letters are not backwards to the viewer. Sweet! Thanks TechRight guy!

@@tarareads23 There's two different version I heard. LG does that a lot with their phones Carrier phones have better specs than the unlocked for some reason.

@@tarareads23 This seems to apply with the majority of of LG phones one for the major carriers and one for boost Mobile (metro) and one is international. Just recently got a Motorola G7 great I didn't even know there were 3 models with mine Play,Power, and Plus just do research is what I am saying.
