In all probability, Gumnami Baba was in fact Netaji Subhash Bose. It is possible that under some secret agreement between USSR and India, he was sent to India provided he did not disclose his identity. Otherwise both the governments would have been accused of harbouring a war criminal. In the eyes of the Britishers he was a war criminal, since he had an alliance with Axis Powers.
According to Chandra Kumar Bose, there was a DNA test on Gumnami Baba and it was negative. There was another Baba in the 1960s created by the Nehru Government. Gumnami Baba also could be created by Indira Gandhi.

So much of miss/disinformation is circulating in the media about the vanishing of NETHAJI, the most bold hero of Bharat during the crucial period of independence and there is no doubt about the heroic role played by him. One thing comes out clear in the power struggle that he was sidelined in a planned way in which the needle of suspicion is more against Nehru who is the beneficiary by keeping Nethaji away from the scene. Nehru was made out as a man of virtue or 'the king cannot do any wrong' dictum. But the later revelations based on hard facts shows the real character of Nehru who was responsible for the many failings of the Nation. It shows that 'the man is honest so long as you don't have the opportunity to know him otherwise'. This is the case of the entire Nehru family which has landed the country in such a deplorable state with their 70 years of rule. This is planted story to divert the attention
I am doing a research work on Subhas Chandra Bose. After carefully watching the documentary, I have noted the following points:
1. No one after making the building resembling the Indian Parliament will put his photo. ( Netaji).
2. During 1971, Netaji was busy with the Bangladeshi people regarding Bangladesh's war with Pakistan towards attainment of their Independence. He used to stay at Changrabandha outpost in a tobacco merchant's house. This place at Maharashtra is quite far from such place.
3. Possessing some articles with him does not definitely conclude that Lal Dari Muthya Maharaj was Netaji. He could well have been a veteran INA soldier and being such he had strong dedication and respect towards Netaji.
4. If carefully studied, the nasal topography of this person does not match with that of Netaji. Moreover, the skin tone was also not same.
5. There is no definite conclusion of Netaji's knowledge of Marathi language.
6. As regards funds, immense treasures of the INA is said to have been stored still today at Padmanava Temple Kerala.
7. In Shoulmari, Netaji founded an Ashrama which ran successfully. The were many employees who worked there. No one till date could explain the sources of the funds which operated the Ashrama there. I personally met a person who stayed in the Ashrama for a significant period. He met Netaji, confirmed that he was indeed Netaji and also said that Netaji during his stay in the Ashrama never allowed anyone to take his photograph. The time was during early 60s. The person I am talking about is a journalist who was called by Netaji to pay a visit to Shoulmari. He is still alive at 87plus.
8. A photograph of a person who died in Dehradun in 1977 is said to be of Netaji. The person had beard. His nasal topography and skin tone also did not match with that of Netaji.Some people say that he was Mr. ..... Chakrabarty, a dummy of Netaji.
9. There are many photographic evidences that Netaji was in Kumbh Mela in 2010.
Still, no one is exactly sure about the exact whereabouts.

H. F. J. Maneckshaw who also died unsung and unknown due to this dirty Congress and later N. D. A ruling this unfortunate Country. We weep to see this kind of free India for which now we are opting for British Rule to come again.

Bhagwanji/Gumnami Baba never claimed he was Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and neither did he try to create a cult of Netaji for his own benefits or any other mileage. Only an imposter will claim such things. Netaji wanted to live like a monk and had renounced the world. he did not need to 'claim" to be Netaji, because that was part of his past self. Netaji was above personal ego, hence he would not claim, especially if he was in seclusion and prefered anonymity, that he was Subhash Bose. This makes it clear that Bhagwanji indeed was the real Netaji. Now, unless the Indian Govt accepts the truth, we will not have "proof" but so far, with all the data that is available, those with intellect can connect the dots.
If he calls himself Netaji then he was not Netaji for sure.

Netaji was treated well in the USSR until 1946, according to Abani Mukherjee, one of the founder of the CPI in Moscow along with Virendranath Chattopadya, in 1920; they were both executed by Stalin in 1946. Netaji, I guess, was transferred to the British, in exchange for General Vlasov, the decorated Hero of the Soviet Union after defending Moscow from German attack, but surrendered to the German in Leningrad. Stalin executed Vlasov in Moscow, British executed Netaji in Balochistan. There are witnesses for it. Some Indians who used to live in Quetta in 1946 have seen that the British Police was taking him away to the no man's land between Iran and Balochistan for his execution. These were in Anuj Dhar's special website in the Hindustan Times. Netaji was not a person to hide himself from Nehru or Pant.
