this short is literally created by ai its very obvious, you simply feed a video can it creates multiple clips and sorts them by expected engagement and whatnot
Not sure exactly without watching the full video, however I’d imagine muscle loss and high levels of hunger being two of them, not sure about the third, maybe low energy?
Like either link the full video, give it's name or give the bloody info. It's insane how RP long videos can be of such high quality but these shorts always feel rushed and not well thought, you guys can do way better.
The Three Things: 1: The food is high enough for high training energy 2: Your sleep is still good 3: Your hunger isn't overwhelming The video is called How to Create the Optimal Caloric Deficit for Fat Loss
1 is tough, I either don't lose weight or I get brain fog. Big problem for a software dev who solves puzzles for a living. If I worked on my feet I'd have other problems but body fat wouldn't be one of them
I've been trying to lose weight for a few years. I started watching your videos a month ago religiously. Jumped on the scale last night and I'm down 12 pounds. I thought the scale was broke. I'm hoping not 😅
Love the channel and this is a clip from a good video, but this short is not good. It isn't edited in a way that conveys any useful information and doesn't link to the full video.

got an issue, my leg started hurting after many many Km/miles in last 2 months. shin splints maybe, or some other issue . now my question is, as i train also arms, shoulder, abs a bit, chest, now i need to burn around 500kcal a day as a deficit that i used toburn by joging somehow training at home, but without overtrain the above. what can i overtrain daily and so burn cal but dont create other issue. YT is full of walking and runing, but im done with that while i recover
If you're not cutting for a competition and you aren't enhanced there's literally NO reason to try and "get shredded brah" in a short timespan. If you're not competing you cut because bulking is starting to take too many damn calories and you need to reset your metabolism. Not sure why people think a whole cut has to only take like 8-16 weeks and no more.
@@alaaentabi7879 Again, the main point of a cut if you're not competing is to lower your BMR and reset your maintenance calories so that you can actually still effectively bulk. If you're not competing and natty you're better off bulking for longer and cutting for longer because a 3-4 month bulk followed by a 2 month cut isn't going to do much. If you're natty and advanced a 4 month bulk is gonna do what exactly? Put 1, 2, MAYBE 2.5lbs of muscle on you? Of which you'll lose 10-20% in a large deficit cut? I don't know about you, but I'm not a huge fan of getting to a point where 5,000 calories a day is barely moving the scale and unless your goal is to then go the complete opposite way and crash your metabolism you're better off slowly winding back down. You'll lose less muscle in the cut and your BMR will widdle down to a more reasonable level rather than crashing it and having to start your "bulk" at a caloric intake that is technically still restrictive. I don't bulk for anything less than 10 months, it would be pointless to me at this stage.
im trying to diet now but im also lifting for strength. And its so hard... like im on a 1.5kCal diet a week, and I know im on a 1.5lb/week loss but its really hard. I have this gnawing hunger and i feel like im not recovering. Its so frustrating.
This guy has a lot of good information on building muscle and nothing else... steroids will have you believing and saying In Factual information. Losing weight all depends on your starting point. When you're advance you maximize your cardio at the beginning of the cut, start calories as high as possible that yields (1-2lbs) keep carbs as high as possible to keep glycogen stores high and muscles hydrated. Finally the focus should go from eccentric focused to reactive and focused on getting stronger throughout the cut the leaner you become. Also include pump sets to maximize blood flow to the muscles without tearing down the muscle. NEVER , go from very lean to shredded. As long as you do that you will maximize muscle retention and strength gains and when you reverse back to you regular calories in 4-6 weeks you will be muscular and vascular at a significantly lower weight. There's more variables, but this is the simplistic form without all the extra such as protein amount ext....

Cuz as long as you're cutting you're not bulking, I'd rather cut fast for a month instead of slow for 8 weeks , that's an extra month of gains
Not to a point of shredding but I feel like long aimless cuts aren't the way, just build
